"I'm sorry, Mrs Brown. I assure you such delinquent behavior wouldn't happen again" My mom apologized and I felt all eyes on me like I was supposed to say something. I remained mute because there isn't no point of defending yourself when "the Principal" is such a kiss ass to Georgia's parents.

"You're dismissed." She said pointing at me and I sighed and headed to the door "but I'll have you know, you won't be off the hook next time." My mom glared at me so I muttered a quick "thank you" before scurrying off to class.

I had geography and the teacher was sent from hell so obviously she'd call me out knowing that was one thing I hated.

"Excuse me Miss Collins, but do you care to explain why you're late"

"Sorry ma'am, it won't happen again. I promise." And surprisingly she let me off the hook. I walked to my usual seat at the back avoiding the curious glances from students who were in my first period class and wishing they would look away.

As if reading my thoughts, Resident bad boy Andrew Hunter entered the class making all the attention shift. I told him a mental thank you and watched the scene unfold.
