"Are you going to take my side, or Cheong-san's?"
Yeon-hwa's POVEverything happened so fast.
Just when On-jo reunited with her father, she lost him. The fact that he came all this way, probably faced a lot of zombies on his way here just to make sure she's alright, is the purest form of love. The most touching thing I've seen in my miserable life. I wish my dad was like that. My father has all the power in the country to send not just ordinary men, but armed men to rescue me, but he didn't. The same goes with my mother. How disappointing.
I wrapped my arms around On-jo, caressing the back of her head, as she sobbed on my chest.
"On-jo... once all of this is over, I will build a memorial for your father. I promise. We are forever grateful to him, and what he had done for all of us." I cooed her, and kissed her forehead.
We all sat behind the window of the building that's under construction. We waited there, thinking and planning on what to do next. On-jo placed her head on my shoulders, her eyes staring into nothingness; still in shock.
From a distance, a helicopter could be heard, as well as a man's voice. However, the voice was too faint for ordinary humans to hear.
I was trying to listen, when Nam-ra spoke. "Guys, we need to take cover. There will be explosions."
"Are you sure about that?" Asked Su-hyeok.
"Hyosan intersection, Future college... and our school will be blown up." replied Nam-ra.
"Hey are those fucking soldiers gonna throw missiles at us??" Asked Wu-jin.
"When is it gonna happen?" Asked Dae-su.
