"Good morning honey." Gwi-nam chimed as he walked into the cold, dark bedroom.
Yeon-hwa let out a groan as she lazily tossed to the other side, facing away from Gwi-nam. Her eyes struggled to peel open, so she just decided to keep them close. At that moment, her stomach began to grumble.
Yeon-hwa heard Gwi-nam laugh behind her, which made her mentally roll her eyes.
"Come on baby. I know you're hungry. You haven't eaten since you ate those two men. And that was... yesterday morning. You haven't even touched the bunny I left for you." He spoke.
"I don't want it." She groaned, pulling the blanket over her head.
Her stomach grumbled again.
Gwi-nam let out a laugh, again, and then spoke, "Looks like you are developing quite a taste for hambies hmm? Isn't that cannibalism? For our kind I mean. " He continued laughing.
She pulled the covers off her face and opened her eyes. "Shut up." She hissed.
Her hunger started to become unbearable. She couldn't wait anymore. Her vision is slowly turning a shade of red. That's when she knows it will only be a matter of time before she goes on a killing rampage.
At that moment, Yeon-hwa instantly sat up. She looked at her right, where the brown bunny is sleeping soundly.
'I really don't want to eat a bunny again.' She shook her head.
"If you don't want the bunny, you can eat the salmon in the tank."
"You have a live salmon in a tank?" She widened her eyes. She knew Gwi-nam grew up with everything, but she did not expect it would be to this extent.
"Naturally.." he replied so casually, as if people normally have them in their home.
But then again, his parents bought him the best of the best to compensate for their absence. He always had the latest gadgets before it gets released to the market, limited edition designer clothes and custom jewelry. He just doesn't bother to flash them in school because he hates the idea of being indebted to his parents.
"Yeah. It's on the other side of the building. I'll have the butler bring one for you." He said shortly, and clapped his hand.
An older man with grey hair, who looks like he was past his 60's appeared on the door. "You called, sir."
"Mr. Lee, bring the biggest salmon. My dear beloved is hungry. Make it quick." He demanded.
