Yeon Hwa's POV
"Hi baby. I told you I'd find you." Gwi-nam greeted me. His voice was deep and alluring.
"Gwi-nam! Oh my gosh! You're alive!" I wrapped my arms around him without hesitation.
"Did you missed me?" He said while caressing the back of my head with his hand.
I noticed that he smelled... metallic.
Blood.
I broke away from our hug and looked up at him. Now that I could see his face properly, I noticed that one of his eye is injured.
My hands reached to cup his face. "What happened to you?" I asked him worriedly.
"Cheong san." He replied with a hint of hostility in his voice.
"What did he do to you?! Why did he do this?" I asked. I felt angry but Cheong san is also my friend. I need to know the whole story, and why exactly this happened.
Gwi-nam looked at me in the eyes. "Cheong-san... he saw me killed the principal. He took a video of me so I went after him. We fought in the library and he stabbed me with a phone in my eye." He answered seriously.
The tone of his voice proved that he is really not lying about this.
Moments later after realizing the severity of the situation, I stepped back. Horrified. I did not knew he was capable of murder.
"What's the matter love?" He asked. His lips twisting into an evil grin.
I took another step back, "You! You're a murderer!" My hands started shaking.
Tears began forming in my eyes. Without hesitation, I turned the other way and ran like hell.
"Cha Yeon-Hwa!!" He shouted running after me. His voice echoed through the halls.
I kept running.
I'm terrified of this man. Not only that he's a walking red flag, he's also a killer. I'm terrified of what he will do to me.
He is a fast runner. He is close to my tail. I threw a chair behind me to stall him.
"You know it's pointless running! I'll always find you!" He yelled after me.
