Chapter 11 - Just this night left

I woke up in the morning, my head still on Techno's shoulder. He was sleeping as well and the movie was paused. I still had a headache from yesternight. I didn't felt like sitting up so i just gently grabbed my phone who was sitting on the glass table, trying not to wake up techno. It was barely 7AM. I hugged his waist once again and gently sat my head back on his shoulder, closing my eyes, hoping i would fall back asleep. Got surprised when he moved his hand, sat it on my head and gently started petting my head. "Morning" he said after a few good seconds. "weren't you like the least affectionate person i knew?" i asked in my morning tone. God was i tired.

He smiled at my question. "I just realized tomorrow you are flying back to LA, near the borders, there's a good distance between us, and i will miss you y'know" He said, also tired. "I am just a bit more distant, not cold-hearted tho" he continued, this time looking at me. "We can still talk i mean there's discord and face times duh" i spoke, now also looking at him. "oh be sure i will call you at least once in two days" he said smirking. "dayum sure thing father... Also, you just reminded me my father is coming home this Friday" I said before a few long seconds of silence. "I never asked, what's between you and your father? i never heard much about him" He asked with much curiosity in his voice. "Of course, only if you'd like to talk about him"

I sat a bit and thought about it.

"Well my father's a business man, he travels a lot and is rarely home, and because of that i had to grow up with only my sister. Of course when he was home he was still working, and was mostly busy so i couldn't really spend time with him. While he was working he would totally ignore me or just get really annoyed at me, i never saw my father as my friend or as a person i could talk to, he wasn't too friendly to us when we were young but since we were 4 he started being more fatherly, tho he still isn't the best father and i am convinced of that." I sighed. I felt like i could trust him enough to talk about this. 

"What about you? what is your family alike?" i asked, also very curious. 

"Well i have three sisters and one brother. My mother and Father are actually nice people besides being a bit distant and having favorites. I dont think my childhood was the best, just decent y'know, they are pretty supportive and would help me, yet they are just as affectionally distant as me" He said in a softer tone. 

"How old are your siblings again?" i asked, trying to remember. "Well my youngest sister is 7, then the middle one is 14, the oldest sister is 18, my brother is 17 and as you probably know i am 22" he said taking a small break every now and then.

"dayum you do have a big family" i said, trying to memorize the age of his siblings.  "mhm, almost as many as Zeus" he said chuckling. "oh so you also like greek mythology i see, also yes i got the joke" i said, now interested. "Yeah, don't you know?" he asked looking in my eyes. "I knew you liked history not Greek mythology but i guess" i said smiling. 

"Now bringing this up, i suppose you also like greek mythology, so don't mind me asking what's your favorite god or goddess?" he asked with just as much interest as me. "Oh probably Dionysus or Hecate, how about you?" i asked trying to converse more. "i dont have a favorite but i have a small and slight dislike to Zeus" he said smiling at his words. "Agreed that mf-er  cheated like 40 times like bruhhhh" i said causing Techno to chuckle.

We stayed a bit like that in a comfortable silence until Hestia got downstairs. "Who- wait y/n? what- wh- TECHNO??" she basically yelled the last word. "oh god no" i said, looking at my sister who was now in shock. "We are just hugging?" i continued. "no cuz you guys would do so great as a couple" she said before taking a picture.

I could feel techno was getting uncomfortable.

"oh you didn't just took a picture- no- give me that phone or delete it or i swear you won't see that phone again" i threatened her. "ugh fineeee" she said before deleting it. "but just for the record you guys would do great for a couple" she repeated before getting a glass of water.
