༺ October 1, 1989, forty-four women gave birth to children they weren't expecting. Eccentric billionaire Reginald Hargreeves set out on a journey to adopt as many of them as possible, he got seven of them. He could have had eight if not for Annabelle Reyes' loving parents. They were not going to give up their only daughter. She was their miracle child. He tried to persuade them with lots of money but they wouldn't give her up. He even tried to make her seem like a monster, but they didn't budge. He informed them she would have powers when she grew up, at first, they didn't believe him, they just thought he was trying to steal their only child. But when she reached four she did show unusual signs. She would pull on her mother's rings, and necklaces, making them float around her. And any toy that contained metal, she would dismember them, creating a forcefield of metal parts. That's when they definitely started to believe the man. It didn't change the fact they loved their daughter, instead of giving her up they helped her control it, while they had no experience with superpowers, they loved her enough to help her.

༺ July 8th, 2012, Annabelle Reyes gave birth to Eleanor Reyes. Eleanor's father left when he found out Annie was pregnant, though she didn't blame him they were young and definitely not financially stable enough to care for the child. Annie told Allison, her best friend, that Eleanor was her brother's child. Allison became Ellie's godmother, and they stayed in touch from then on out.

༺ When Diego found out Annie was pregnant he left without saying a word. It broke Annie's heart thinking he didn't care for her and their future child. But 2 months before she gave birth, he came back, Begging for her forgiveness. While she didn't fully forgive him she allowed him to be a part of the baby's life, even if they weren't together.
