-There are two versions of this. One that I call the short story version, because it would be in the universe of books and movies. And the DR version, that would be myself in the Harry Potter universe. It will be explained and you will see the differences.
-The character presented is Fidélia Fan. I created her at a time when I saw a news where Tom Felton said he could return for a continuation of the films, then came the idea of the character that would be like an avatar for all Felton fans, and Malfoy's "girlfriends". Since (I'll admit it) we all love the movie version of it.
The DR version (warning, crazy things are coming):
Fidelia (me) first appears in "The Prisoner of Azkaban", and the first person she interacts with is Snape. Blackmailing the man for knowing how he works, she manages to get into the school, under the guise of his goddaughter, with the intention of helping the golden trio.
She starts to cause trouble for Draco Malfoy, by teasing him about being his wife in the future. Even so, she doesn't stop making fun of the guy when she can (I would really do that lol). Fidelia laughs at Draco when Buckbeak hurts him, but later tries to be kind and offers to help, delivering medicine, only to be rejected by him. Enraged, she tells Snape how much she hates the boy. The next day she refuses to get out of bed, Snape soon realizes that she is sick.
Snape can't take care of her due to having to teach, so he starts asking among the students if any of them knew what had happened. Hermione ends up telling him about the "fight" with Malfoy and the next day, word spreads throughout the castle that Draco has received detention. Which causes Fidelia to be seen as a heroine as soon as she recovers. The first time Draco was punished by Snape.
Fidelia is also responsible for coming up with the idea of Sirius signing the authorization for Harry to go to Hogsmeade.
In "The Goblet of Fire", Fidelia spends more time with Snape learning about potions. At the beginning of the film she is with the Malfoys (curious right?), invited by Lucius himself to watch the Quidditch match. All because he found out about the girl and wanted to meet the girl who invented marriage rumors. And seeing that she was related to Snape, he thought he could keep her close to his son. Which made Fidelia happy enough to provoke Draco. This surprises Harry and the others, because even though Fidelia belonged to Slytherin, they knew her character.
Fidelia even has her own followers, which sometimes prevented her from interacting with the trio. And she continues to tease Draco and say that she will be his wife.
