A while after the end of Once Upon a Time. Regina had a new young version of her son Henry. But this one decided to leave to look for the happy ending he was hoping for. With that Regina decided to raise another child.

Using her blood in the process, she brewed a potion to create life, with the aim of producing a baby... And being surprised when, out of the cauldron, a grown girl came out.

The girl had a young appearance, but her eyes were innocent, as if she had just been born, which was true. Regina helped the girl out of the cauldron and the first thing she did was ask for her name. Because there was no answer, the "child" was trying to understand how everything was going on as she looked around, Regina called her Kora. In two days, Regina threw a party to introduce her new daughter, and of course everyone was surprised to meet a "grown-up child", who looked more like a brainless young woman because she didn't know how to use the things placed in front of her. The girl didn't know what a cutlery was, let alone what food was served. It was strange to see, but Regina was still willing to take care of the new big baby. Little Kora received a lot of pampering, and even the Charmings liked the girl, or you can translate as, they were more patient than the others.

Henry, the one who came from the Wish Realm, arrived some time later. It seemed like he had a good relationship with Regina, as if he could see her as his new mother. And there was the problem. He was surprised to learn that he had a new sister (not forgetting little Hope, of course), and even more surprised to see that she was born full-grown. He didn't really have a reaction, but Kora seemed to like him, or at least her curious eyes showed interest. Still, it wasn't this time that they became friends.

Within a few weeks, Kora no longer needed to be treated like a baby, although she still didn't know everything, but she was still a child. And a child who really wanted her older brother's love. Other than that, the real Henry who had already known her was responsible for giving her most of her tastes, particularly reading. The other Henry still couldn't live with her. He wasn't offensive, and he tried to be as polite as possible, but it was noticeable how uncomfortable he felt whenever Kora spoke to him. On the anniversary of the two Henrys, Kora was so keen to please that she decorated the entire place with flowers. Much to Regina's surprise because no one had asked for flowers or seen flowers entering the place, then it turns out that Kora made them. What makes sense;      Kora was created from a plant and blood, but it was amazing to see her manifest magic so early on. She could even change the colors of the flowers, which she nervously does when asking her mother if her brother would like to see other types. At the party she tries to talk to the teenage Henry, but the boy manages to get away from her. Kora feels that she is not accepted by him, and it gets worse when she hears Regina talk to the boy and ask him to try to get along with her. This makes her think that Regina loves Henry more than she loves her. Yet Kora still wants Henry to like her.

Over time, things seemed to have changed a lot. Kora acted more like a teenager, but she was still a kid. She was only 3 years old. And her rebellious behavior gets her into trouble, because Regina didn't know what the girl was doing outside. Once, Kora got carried away by other young people and ended up drunk, having ended up where Henry was living. She asks him not to call their mother because she knows it will upset her.  Henry then puts the girl to sleep, but he notices that she talks in her sleep, and hears everything she really thinks of him. Kora still feels different from the others and thinks that her mother will never love her like she loves Henry. The boy then changes his mind, time later Regina arrives at the place worried about her daughter. As she tries to deal with her daughter's "poisoning", she ends up berating Henry for not taking care of her like a big brother. The boy is surprised and just walks away, while Regina took some of the blood to speed up the girl's healing.
