Indigo was stuck. She needed to continue her work, she needed to go into angles share and document what the bard was going, and yet she could not face Diluc. After all, he was right. Almost everything she told him was a lie. She played him like a fiddle and now the string has finally snapped. She sat dangled over her windowsill once again. Diluc was no longer observing her, instead he had some of his men following her. She missed him. Though she hated being watched it was nicer when it was him. Liquid ran down her cheeks. 'Am I I bleeding?' She questioned to herself. Her voice instead of being melodic as it usually was, was dry and hoarse. She lifted her hand to wipe her cheeks. Instead of being met with the red liquid she was suspecting, her hand was coated in water. Was she crying? She left the windowsill and walked over to the mirror in her room. Tears ran down her face, her mascara running running down with them. She wiped the tears away.

She wanted to leave. She really did. She didn't know how. If she even stepped foot out of mond the fatui would take her back to Snezhnaya. There was one way she could leave with out a trace. She could use the gnosis. Archons powers are gifted to them by the gnosis. She held the dendro gnosis. Though she didn't understand why the fatui hadn't taken it yet, she was glad to have it. But the power was dangerous, she remembers using a few years ago to try and escape the fatui, but collapsed and was unconscious for a week. She believes the reason for it harm to her is because it is corrupted, she believes it happened during the time when it was transferred from the dendro archon to her. Still it was worth a try. Just where would she go.

She thought on it for a few days. There was no way she could go back Sumeru now. She didn't really have anyone there, and the place was practically crawling with fatui. The only person that came to mind was Morax, but would he really apricate her turning up out of the blue. Plus it was way to risky to send him a letter asking, she had no idea if the fatui had been reading her letters. She was just going to have to try. Who knows maybe everything would work out for once.

She decided to tell Kaeya that she would be leaving, she didn't want people coming and looking for her if she suddenly disappeared. She awoke that morning, and left her house. She spent all day in search of Kaeya but she couldn't find him anywhere. Her last bet was the tavern, but she really didn't want to face Diluc today. Maybe he wasn't working today, she could just slip in say her goodbyes to kaeya and leave. She shakily walked over towards the tavern and she sheepisly opened the door. She sighed when she saw Kaeya sitting at the bar with a glass of wine. Slowly she walked over to him, and she tapped him on his shoulder. She then embraced him in a tight hug. His head was cushioned between her breasts, Indigo didn't notice and he didn't seem to mind. He pulled away from the hug 'Miss Violet what can I do for you?' She smiled at him 'I'm leaving Mond for a little while. I just thought you should know.' Tears pricked at her eyes threatening her. 'What a shame, me and Master Diluc here were just talking about you, have a safe trip' Master Diluc? her head tilted to the side, and she looked away from Kaeya, towards the familiar red head, who was tending the bar. They locked eyes, she tripped over her feet, stumbling backwards. 'I'm so sorry, I'll take my leave.' Her voice was hoarse, like before when she had been crying. She walked back to her house. She locked the doors and closed the curtains. She blew out the candle in her room, making sure no one could she what she was doing.

'You made the poor girl cry Master Diluc' Kaeya said. Diluc stood on the other side of the bar washing the same plate he had been for almost 20 minutes now. 'Something is with her, she knew father. We both know he wasn't a very sociable after mother.' Diluc said, not lifting his eyes to meet Kaeyas intrusive gaze. 'Maybe she was before mother?' Kaeya said after taking a sip from his glass. 'How? She doesn't look any older than amber.' Diluc replied. 'You said so yourself, there's more to her than meets the eye. Instead of scaring her off, try to take a different approach.' Kaeya put down his empty glass and walked off out of the tavern, leaving his payment behind.

Indigo closed her eyes. Imagining herself standing in the funeral parlour. She slowed her breathing and counted to three. '1,2,3' She said, a gust of wind blew over her and then she opened her eyes to a horrified ferrylady. 'I'm so sorry. You wouldn't happen to know where Zhongli-?' Before she could finish her sentence a wave of fatigue ran over her body and she crumbled to the floor.

She awoke in an unfamiliar bed. It was soft, she felt like she had melted into the cushions. Slowly, she pushed her self  up, so that she was sitting. A hand was draped across her waist, she looked to her left to work out who owned it. To her surprise there lay Morax, his head resting in the small of her waist. Her movement must of woke him. He looked up at her with solemn eyes. They gazed at each other a small feeling of joy ran through her veins. A cough from the end of the room, broke her gaze. She turned her head to be greeted with Ajaxs' dull ocean eyes. She practically jumped off the bed she was in. She stood up trying not to fall over her own feet. She glanced over to Morax 'Could you give us a moment?'  she asked him, he simply nodded in reply and left the room she was situated in. 'Have you told them? Ajax I swear to celestia, if you have told them' She was filled with fear. Ajax watched in interest as the plants ,that sat in the rooms, leaves' began to grow. He shook his head. Laughing softly he said 'Always so straight to the point. No, I haven't said a word, I believe she doesn't even know you have left.' He said referring to the cryo archon. She pulled out her dagger and walked towards him. In confusion he walked backwards until he felt the hard wall against his own back. She placed the dagger against his neck and grabbed his wrists with her other hand, placing them above his head. Ajax dropped his charismatic façade. His eyes slightly duller than before, and he was entirely more dangerous. Indigo moved her head so she was next to his neck. 'Ajax you say a fucking word, I swear I will kill your whole family. Imagine poor little Tuecer meeting the girl his brother writes about so fondly only to be killed by her. Think about what you do wisely.' She felt him squirm under her hold. She knew full well his trigger point was his family. He had them hidden away somewhere in sneznhya. She had seen him write to his younger brother a few times, and he often mentioned her. She pressed the dagger down a little so blood began to prick the skin of his neck. She let go of his wrists and he fell to the floor. She placed the dagger away and left the room. Walking towards Morax.

Indigo held Morax in a tight hug. She never wanted to let him go. She heard Ajax scuttle off and she pulled back away from the hug. She wanted to say something but the right words weren't coming to mind. So he spoke for her. 'Why are you holding the Dendro Gnosis?' She had completely forgotten he knew nothing about what had happened to her, and so she began to explain what had been going on for her.
