I know therapy can be expensive after a while.

So take a pen and paper and write everything on there.
The people you hate.
How life sucks.
How you wish everything was different.

Then after all that, write everything positive about yourself and life.
It can literally be like;
"I liked how my hair looked yesterday"
"I saw a cute dog and it made me happy"
"I finally found the ice cream I've been dying to try"

Nothing to huge if thats to much at the moment.

This can help.
Sometimes therapy is a waste of money.

It's just a person in front of you asking many questions about the problem you are facing and trying to help you out.

Sometimes you can help yourself out by doing the same techniques.

But never dare to seek professional help when needed.
