Carl and Ashtray

Chapter Two- "Why was he in juvie?"

Carl's Pov:

I walk up to the house the very house I got arrested at, I chuckle Tray just stares at me confused, I swat him off. We both walk in to silence the only noise there was, was the squeaky front door. I walk into the living room, taking Tray's stuff and putting th bags on the sofa. I see Fiona in the kitchen, she looks up and comes running over to me, not even seeing Tray I don't think.

I had always called him Tray, cause he let me and he calls me Carl or Little bro.

"YOU'RE BACK, I THOUGHT YOU HAD 3 MONTHS LEFT, omg you're hair." Fiona brings me into a big hug and looks over at Tray. She looks confused,  I would two if I saw a kid who has a two small face tattoos on his face looking a the crib.

"This my boy Ash, we were in juvie together, no family he can go back to so I offered him to live here since Lips at college from what he told me on the phone" I stare at her, Ash looks like he's gonna smack her but he let's out a small smile. "Welcome Ash" he only gives her a wink and a nod before staring at our stuff again. "He don't talk much" "why was he in juvie?" Ash turned around and answers it before I could.

"Killed two guys to protect my family, got the SWAT team sent to my house, hid in my bathtub with a shit ton of guns started shooting like crazy, door was locked. All I could her was my brother, Fezco. Screaming not to shot" Fiona looks at Ash in disbelief. Carl never heard that part only where he killed two guy that's it. But he carry on. "Before the house got SWAT'd I had stabbed a guy, he was with the Fed's had planted bugs in my house, Told us Mouses body had been found. The second guy I killed with a hammer. Faye, God bless her. Was told by Custer, guy I stabbed, he told her about the wired and bug shit. So she drops her glass and my brother Fez looks at her for a bit long than he should have and nodded, made up a story about Mouse's murder so it would trick the wired. I felt somthing was off so I grabbed my pocket knife and stabbed him in the neck. When Faye dropped she had put her finger over her mouth indicating to Fez to not talk. So after that he grabbed me took the knife and said he would take the blame for all of this and told me about the SWAT. I had no choice, I wasn't letting my brother, my only brother get life. I grabbed all out guns and ammo hid in the bathroom dropped all of them in there and he tried to stop me then I smacked him with the gun in my hand, knocking him over out my way." Fiona looked like she was gonna cry, I felt bad but I didn't let it show.

"I locked the door, he started to pound on the door telling me to get out begging pleading, I got in the bath tub with the guns and ammo ready for it, they bursted in, they told him to drop the knife all he could scream was 'Don't shoot there is a kid in there, Ash come out' I shoot my gun hitting Fez by accident which caused the SWAT team to take cover and shoot back. He still screamed for me. Ended up stop shooting before I died, SWAT arrested me. Fez was screaming saying it was his fault, that he made me do this all, they didn't belive him since I had told the whole truth. He went to the ER in critical condition so they placed me over here away for him. Only did two years after good behaviour, over crowding and appealing. Suppose to have 15 to Life, but I got two years and I now am happy I took the blame"

Fiona ran up and hugged Tray, I've never heard the story before I felt bad but I'd know Ash for a year and we have a strong connection friendship wise but shit me. He killed two guys, shot against the SWAT and only did two. Fiona led him and me into the kitchen for food. Waiting for the other Gallaghers.
