CHAPTER4 "The Truth"

*December 16*

It was me and Zayden's anniversary I feel like has nothing planned well it is Tuesday so we're busy especially since it's time for us to pick some clubs.

I went to our classroom and continued reading my book, it was about a romance about a girl having an abusive relationship with her boyfriend and the girl found out the boy was cheating on her with someone else on their anniversary....I don't want that to happen to me.

It was now lunch time and I finished my lunch for 10 minutes so I went out of school to buy flowers to surprise Zayden then after I bought my flowers I went back home to leave the flowers there and went back to the school with 15 minutes to rest.

Afternoon class started and I'm so excited to show it to Zayden but time felt slower than usual which killed me. Class ended and I walked back home with Zayden but he didn't say a word to me so I just kept my mouth shut the whole time until we reached our houses. It was 5 pm and I saw him go out of his house so I thought it was the perfect time to surprise him so I followed him.

He went to the park near our neighborhood so I just hid somewhere and find the perfect time to surprise him, after a couple of minutes he stood up and I thought that was the perfect time to surprise him so I walked up to him slowly until I saw a girl go up to him and kissed him......I ran up to them and slapped him "I see you're the girl Zayden has been talking about.....I'm Heather by the way Zayden's girlfriend" when she said that it led me to tears I looked down the ground then he said "Look I never really loved you Maya I would have never dated you if the boys didn't dare me to date you so we're breaking up" I cried harder and threw the flowers at his face and ran away to Lila's house.

I knocked hard on Lila's house and she finally opened it and saw me sobbing she pulled me in her house and led me to her room "Why are you crying?" she asked "I just found out Zayden cheated on me" I said while crying "WHAT!?" she screamed "I can't believe it either but I don't even know what I expected in our relationship and I can't blame him she is prettier than me with her red hair and blue eyes and I'm here being a nerd and he also said it was only a dare by the boys" I said "The boys?" she asked "You know Liam the brown-blondish hair that always has a mask and usually wears a red hoodie, James the brown hair with glasses and blue eyes and always has a creepy smile cause of his sharp teeth and also William the black hair guy with 1 dark blue eyes in his left eye and light blue eye in his right" I answered "Oh so those were their names the boys Zayden always hangs out with" she said "Yeah but I don't wanna talk about Zayden right now and can I also stay at your house I don't want my parents to see me home having red puffy eyes" I said "Sure" she answered.
