CHAPTER5 "Zayden's POV"

It was the next day and I still can't get over what happened yesterday I can't believe I didn't even expect he was cheating was that the reason why he was happy the other day?

I went to our class and I haven't said a word to Zayden since the break up. I wonder how Zayden is feeling right now he seems sad.....I wonder if him and Heather broke up.

*Zayden's POV*

Something feels off I'm still dating Heather but ever since I broke up with Maya and she stopped talking to me life feels useless......I guess it might be since we had been friends since we were little we basically talk to each other every day I'll get over that nerd in less than 2 days.

*2 DAYS LATER*

WHY THE HECK DOES LIFE FEEL MEANINGLESS WITHOUT THAT NERD!!!

Is it because I spent half my childhood with her?! I'm with Heather she should be the one filling my life but without that nerd I don't feel a single percent of happiness!!

GAH Let's just go to school or I'll be late again........Usually I walk with Maya but since that happened that will never happen again she probably hates me.

I finally got to school in peace for once without that stupid nerd talking the whole walk, Oh right I sit next to Maya she looks normal did that not affect her? Eh why do I even care not like I'm still dating her.

*Back to Maya's POV*

"Lila you idiot! You left the room without me!!" I said "Sorry I thought you were following me" she replied "Nah it's fine but wait for me next time!!" I said "Sure will" she said then we both went to the canteen and ate our lunch, me and Lila is having a good relationship she actually even helped me move on from Zayden I'm very ready to talk to him again but I feel like it's best to distance from him since I know he hates me a lot.

"Lila?" I said "Hmm?" "Don't you think Zayden looks sad" I said "I don't think so I never really pay attention to him but I'd say yeah" she said "Do you think him and Heather broke up?" I said "I don't think so....Just yesterday I saw him texting her they even said cringe I love you" she answered "HAHAHA You seriously read their conversation!?" I said while laughing "Well yeah I was curious okay!!" she said "Yeah yeah let's continue eating lunch is about to end in 15 minutes" I said so we continued eating our lunch. "GAH Math is the next subject we have a test and I suck at it" said Lila "Good luck I feel like I'm gonna ace this quiz!" I said "Lucky...." she said.

We finished taking the test and it looked easy and the rest of our afternoon teachers aren't here so we left the school early "Maya?" she asked "Yeah" "Wanna go to the new Aquarium near the ice rink?" she asked "Oh yes I do!!" I said so we went there and we had a good time I even found out dolphins are her favorite animal.

We went to the ice cream shop and bought ice cream and we both head back home. I took a shower once I got home and saw Lila chatted "Hope you will have a good day tomorrow!!" which made me suspect something but that's probably just her being nice so I replied with a "You too".

It was basically 10 pm at night but I couldn't fall asleep! I tried asking Lila if she was awake but I'm guessing she's not since she usually sleeps at 8:30 or 9 pm I just can't stop thinking about our break up a few days had already passed but I still can't stop thinking about it so I just closed my eyes and tried sleeping.
