After accepting Coach Hudson's offer on Sunday. Spencer had spent the rest of the week preparing for his move to Ohio. With Principal Carter and Coach Baker already on board, graduating early seemed to not be a problem. Spencer also had all of his credits, he would need to fulfill the requirements in order to receive his diploma.

Everything seemed to go as planned which Spencer found weird. He was expecting there to be roadblocks and delays that would set him back from graduating or moving to Ohio in a couple of weeks. But by Friday afternoon, everything seemed to be set and if Spencer would pass his finals, he would be graduating the week after the All American game.

It had all still felt like a fever dream to him. Everything was happening too quickly for him to grasp. He thought he would have the summer to prepare for this moment. To be able to take it all in, but it seemed as if time wasn't in his favor. He was afraid to blink and have the next two weeks fly by.

He wanted to take it all in, or as much as he could as he didn't know when was the next time he would be able to come to town. So Spencer hoped to spend as much time as he could with the people he loved before leaving for Toledo.

He was glad Olivia had the same idea when she called him this morning to ask him out on a sunset picnic date at their favorite spot overlooking all of Los Angeles later that evening.

It gave him two hours before Olivia would pick him up to make his chocolate Bundt cake for dessert for them to take a slice to eat after dinner. He also knew it was Dillon's favorite and something they used to love doing together. He hoped baking his favorite dessert would help cheer his little brother up just like old times.

It always seemed to work when Dillon was having a rough day at school. Spencer would either take him out for ice cream or they would bake a cake. It all depended on what Dillon had been in the mood for as sometimes it would be a mix of both. But he knew his brother couldn't resist his chocolate bundt cake. Something that always brought a smile to his brother's lips no matter what day or mood Dillon would be in.

Knocking on his brother's bedroom, he opened the door slightly ajar to see his brother laying on his bed reading a comic book. "Hey D want to help make a chocolate bundt cake with me?".

Dillon shook his head not leaving the pages of the comic book to look at his brother. "No thanks,". Spencer watched his brother for a brief second before walking in and sitting beside him on his bed. Dillon let out a sigh and a groan clearly annoyed that Spencer entered his bedroom.

"Come on D. You know I can't make it without your help,". Spencer smiled peeking over the comic book hoping that his little brother would meet his eyes. But Dillon only raised the book to avoid his gaze.

"I'm good,". His little brother mumbled under his breath. Spencer scrunched his face in confusion. Taken aback by his brother's cold demeanor. "You good?". Dillon gave him a nod. "I'm good,". Spencer sighed. "You really about to make me bake all by myself?". He asked. Dillon shrugged. "I didn't ask you to,". Spencer placed his hand on his little brother's knee. "D, don't be like that,".

Dillon quickly scooted his knee away from his brother's grasp, making Spencer's hand fall to the bed. "Be like what Spence? It's not like you care? I'm not 8 anymore. Baking a cake won't make all my problems disappear. It won't make you stay so what's the point in trying?". Dillon grumbled. Spencer froze at his brother's confession.

He knew his baby brother was going to take him moving away hard. But he never expected to get the cold shoulder the silent treatment, or the attitude that would come with it. Sure Spencer moved away his junior year to Beverly Hills, but whenever Dillon needed him, he would hop on the next bus and be home within the hour. But this time it would be different, and Dillon knew it.
