#Fun Fact- Avocados are a fruit, not a vegetable. They're technically considered a single-seeded berry, believe it or not.
Adjusting his huge enormously huge, ebony-brownish summer hat Khanna peeked up from his eyes and again lowered his level. Beside him, Eliana stood with her face covered with one of her winter scarfs collections. Her eyes travelled along the waiters serving around and settled on their prey. Shivaay and his friend Sid, both were pretty busy in their crisis. One was crying heartily and the other sat numb not knowing how to console.
"Aves! Target found. Get ready for action." Khanna whispered into her ears as they eyed the young boys having their non-alcoholic drinks.
"Khanna you better behave well, or Tej sir will kick off your butt," Eliana warned as she rose from her crunched position. Supporting herself with the high stool she smoothened her black maxi dress and eyed their prey.
"Fine." Twisting his mouth in annoyance Khanna followed her with smooth reflexive actions. They thwarted as their targets moved to an isolated corner of a bar.
"Shit! We can't move further." Eliana grunted gritting her teeth.
"Or else Shivaay Sir will discover us, following him everywhere he goes." Comprehending her upcoming words, Khanna completed her sentence with pride and threw a tolerant look at her.
Rolling her eyes at him Eliana stayed grounded and her eyes travelled every bit of the surroundings calculating her moves. Few reclined on the stool gulping their alcoholic beverages, others making out with partners, Khanna scrunched his nose in disgust knowing that his Shivaay sir was here.
Particularly in a bar.
"Idea!" Khanna exclaimed louder than expected. When Eliana gave him an unpleasant stare, he continued to speak. "We can't afford to spare glances at him but we can hear them speak right?"
"What's your point?" Not being disappointed with his lamest idea Eliana asked with her arms crossed over her chest.
"Technologies have been a great blessing to us-"
"Clearly. Speak to the point or I will pour a bucket full of cold water on your dumb head." She growled.
"We will up the call on recording and discreetly adjust near him. What say?" Beaming at her Khanna flapped his hands gleefully.
"Who will do this?" Raising her brows at him she looked keenly aware of his lament ideas ever. On the other hand, Khanna looked around finding an opportunity to apply his plan.
"Dial my phone." He commanded her authoritatively when he glimpsed a waiter moving in the right direction and when she did he accepted the call. Eliana looked more confused than before however, she decided to stay mum and let him do his job.
As the waiter came with a tray containing shots of vodka in his hands Khanna slightly dashed with him and completed his job of discreetly placing his phone beneath the bill book.
"I'm sorry. So sorry." The waiter with a white rolled-up shirt and matching black scarf around his neck looked uncomfortable with Khanna's weird hat but remembering his employer's words - customers are God, treat them well- he let him go.
"It's done. Here ear pods." He stretched his plans with pods as the waiter left with mumbling something under his breath.
Not that he cares.
Nodding at him Eliana lowered her scarf which had covered most of her face and inserted one of the pods in her ears. As Khanna did the same, both moved to some distance and sat on a couch constantly eyeing their target. Shivaay's back faced them and Sid's face was a blur but was identifiable.
