Dáibhid was the son of Fionnladh and Máire. Dáibhid married Pádraigín Nic Dhonnachaidh, who would be a princess of the blood of Scotland. They had Seannafair, Críostóir, and Caoimheall. Pádraigín was the daughter of Sgt. Radhulf Óg Mac Donnachaidh, who fought in World War II and was injured storming the beaches of Normandy, France. Donnchadh I's parents were Crínán of Dunkeld, Earl of Atholl, and his wife Princess Béthoc of Alba. Donnchadh's wife was Princess Sybilla of Northumbria.
Earl Máel Coluim of Atholl was the son of Margaret Haakonsdottir daughter of Jarl Haakon of Orkney son of Jarl Paul of Orkney, half-brother of Donnchadh II, King of Scots. Jarl Paul and King Duncan were the sons of Lady Ingibiorg of Austrått daughter of Princess Bergljót of Norway daughter of Prince Halfdan Sigurdsson brother of Harald Hardrada, King of Norway (1015-1066). Halfdan and Harald were the half-brothers of Saint Olaf II, King of Norway (995-1030) on their mother's side.
Spideog was the son of Raghnild Gunnisdottir, daughter of Gunni the Viking, founder of Clan Gunni, and his wife Raghnild Maddadsdottir daughter of Earl Matad of Atholl and Princess Margaret of Orkney.
Nollag mór Mac Donnachaidh was the son of Rebecca Welles daughter of Robert Welles son of Robert Welles son of Thomas Humphrey Welles IV son of Capt. Sir Robert de Welles. I highly doubt this next part to be true, but it is alleged that Sir Robert was the son of John de Welles, 1st Viscount Welles (1450-1499) and his wife Princess Cecily of York (1469-1507) daughter of King Edward IV of England and his wife Elizabeth Woodville.
Nollag mac Tómháis Mac Donnachaidh was the son of Anna Stearns daughter of Daniel son of Nathaniel son of Samuel Stearns (1638-1683) and his wife Hannah Manning (1642-1724) daughter of William son of Hannah Stewart daughter of Jacob Stewart (1572-1665) illegitimate son of Robert Stewart, 1st Earl of Orkney (1533-1593) illegitimate son of James V, King of Scots (1512-1542).
Sanfort Mac Donnachaidh was the son of Lucy E. Prentice daughter of Polly Allen daughter of Hannah Hopkins Paine daughter of Cu-Uladh O'Neill, also known as Cullough Paine, son of Art O'Neill, a.k.a. Tadhg O'Neill was the son of Angelina O'Neill daughter of Aodh Dubh Ó Néill son of the aforementioned Lord Art Óg Ó Néill.
Cullough Paine/Cú-Uladh Ó Néill was the son of Kate O'Toole daughter of Dermod O'Toole brother of Féilim O'Toole, last Lord of Powerscourt (1535-1599).
Ailbhe Mac Donnachaidh was the son of Rosanna N. Buck daughter of Bethia Bearse daughter of Zadock Bearse son of Joanna Basset daughter of Elizabeth Rogers daughter of Eleazer Rogers son of John son of Lt. Joseph Rogers son of Thomas Rogers, Mayflower Passenger. Eleazer Rogers was also the son of Elizabeth Twining, a supposed sister of Thomas Twining who founded the tea company Twinings.
Bethia Bearse's mother was Ruth Taylor daughter of Seth Taylor son of Elizabeth Hamilton daughter of Daniel Hamilton son of Thomas Hamilton son of Sir George Hamilton, 1st Baronet, of Donalong. Sir George was the son of Mary Butler daughter of Thomas Butler, Viscount Thurles, son of Walter an Phaidrín Butler, 11th Earl of Ormond, who himself can boast an impressive pedigree (go look it up I do not have enough space). Thomas's mother and Walter's wife was Lady Helen Butler daughter of Edmund Butler, 2nd Viscount Mountgarret, and his wife Gráinne Fitzpatrick daughter of Brían Óg Mac Giolla Phádraig, last King of Ossory. Brían Óg was the first Gaelic noble to take advantage of King Henry VIII's program called Surrender and Regrant and became known from then on as Barnaby Fitzpatrick, 1st Baron Upper Ossory (died 1575).
