Love what a silly emotion. That's all love is. A silly emotion. It's stupid really, we were told that we should always look and be ready for love. What they meant was we always have be ready to be heartbroken. At any moment the person that loves you can turn it off in a second. They can find a new person that they like more than you. You can turn it off like it is nothing. Yet most people can't. Most people are blinded by the idea of love. As if it's what keeps the world spinning. As if it's the thing that keeps us alive. When realistically it's the thing that can tear everyone and everything apart like two magnets. Why do we continuously look for something that is just a decoy to make us feel good. It never last forever. Fuck nothing lasts forever. The world won't last forever. so why does love "live forever" it doesn't. It dies off eventually. It could be fast or it could take time. But it eventually ends and stops. It's like rain. It can be short and hit hard and when it's over the cycle restarts. Or it can be long drowning everything in its downpour it might look pretty and be comforting. But it all ends eventually. Maybe this opinion is held because of the past things that have happened. But love doesn't last forever. So never promise someone you'll live them forever, promise them you'll love them until you can't.
