Widow and Francis got married and shortly after their wedding, Francis had "disappeared".
Widow suspected that he had ran off with Anna, and sure enough, she was correct.
Widow was heartbroken and awaited Francis' return home, she waited for years and years, yet no sign.Widow had never left her Manor ever since Francis disappeared, rumours went around that she was dead, many hunters went into her Manor, expecting to find it completely abandoned and full of treasure, though, those who entered her parlour never came out again.

if she's the spider then I'm the fly..."Since the day he went in, nobody had say him ever again. Years go by and men enter the Manor after finding the diary entry in order to find the treasure they speak of, or see this 'beautiful' woman. Many women are envious, their husbands go to this Manor to try find this woman and woo her, none succeed, instead a mountain of dead bodies pile up, only to be devoured by the spiders of the Manor.
One fateful day...
