Chapter 9: A Horrible Nightmare
"It started out," Mindy began, "with all of us, minus Jeremy and Mangle, sitting in the office together. We were having a nice time, you know, hanging out and chatting as per the norm, with the exception of one thing." Mindy paused. "Give me a second to remember what it was... Aha! There it is. In the corner of the ceiling, the upper right, was Makka Mikulenia. Naturally, I haven't a clue what she was doing. None of us noticed her."
"Go on." Orion prompted.
"All of a sudden, Miku is replaced by the Master of the Demons, who swings down from the ceiling and stabs Mike in the forehead with a knife."
"Ouch." Mike remarked and ran his fingers over the scar on his forehead that was the evidence of he being the victim of the Bite of '87.
"That's just it, she literally aimed right for your scar and sliced it clean open. Bam." Mindy gagged. "Ick. Anyways, Orion and I are standing there like 'What the heck is going on?', and all of a sudden, Orion drops dead, too, but not 'cuz of the Master, she'd already left after killing Mike. There's no blood or anything. So I try to hightail my backside out of there, I'm 'bout three steps away from the door, and all of a sudden, there she is, the Master, next to an animatronic none of us have seen before."
"And that was...?" Orion urged his sister to go on.
"Hold on, Impatient Cow, I'm getting there." Mindy cleared her throat. "Anyway, the Master's like 'Going somewhere?', and she's leaning her elbow on this...this thing, it looks like Freddy, but it's not." Mindy struggled to find the right words. "It was like...a yellow Freddy. That's it. It was like a yellow Freddy...with black, sunken eyes, a mic, and a blue bow tie. To be honest, there wasn't much that was strange about it...at first. Then the Master lets out this maniacal laugh and everything goes black. I'm in a room, now, a pitch black room. There's nothing there...then BAM! That same bear appeared again, but this time, it was covered, and I mean covered, in blood. Wires were falling out of its eyes, it sat kind of like how you'd sit a dead body, like this." Mindy suddenly went limp against her brother, resting her neck on her shoulder, bringing her knees up to her chest, and laying her hands on the floor palms-up.
"It sits there for a second until I hear a child laughing. It then rolls it's neck to where I can see it, and good God! It's a human neck! All cut up, too, like someone's beheading ritual went terribly wrong!" Mindy gagged again. "It was sick, but not as sick as what happened next."
"And that was...?" Orion interrupted a third time just to tease Mindy.
"Will you quit cutting in?! Jeez!" Mindy was about five seconds away from throwing her older brother off the bed. "You're butting in so many times, I might as well call you a battering ram!" Mike burst into laughter.
"Ughh..." Mindy let out a growl. "Anyway, here's what happened next. The Master appears in the place of Mr. Freddy-on-steroids, and she has a knife. A big one. She smirks at me and...oh, what happened next…? She murdered me in the most painful ways you can think of. I can’t remember them well now.” She shook her head.
