Liam, would you please step into my office? Charlotte's voice echoed over the intercom. "I'd like to share something with you.*

Liam got up from his desk and walked over to Charlotte's office's large doors after hearing it over the intercom.

Charlotte's office

Yes, Mrs. Charlotte? Liam responded, walking to her office doors. "Is there anything you need?"

I've got some good news for you. Charlotte gestured for Liam to take a seat in the chair in front of her desk.

Liam closed the door behind him before entering into the office to take a seat.

So, I called you in because I wanted to give you a promotion. Charlotte exclaimed gleefully.

After one day? Liam inquired, puzzled.

Yes! I haven't seen designs like this in like ever. I'm putting you in charge of overseeing our summer line. Charlotte said with a smile as she placed her hand on his shoulder.

Thank you. Liam responded swiftly and gratefully. "I swear I'm not going to disappoint."

Now in your new position, you have full access to all of the benefits. Charlotte stated this as she turned to her computer and scrolled through an email. "I'll send it to your email. In other news, some of the team members and I are going out. I know you are a bit younger than the rest of the team, but do you want to come?"

Yeah. Totally. Liam accepted. "It beats staying in with Chinese food again."

Great. Charlotte smiled. "Bring your girlfriend."

Uh, I'm gay. Liam said nervously.

Then bring your boyfriend or whatever. No one gives a shit. Charlotte answered. "Now, get out of here, I have to call a client. I better see you there."

Great. Liam said, grinning and leaving the room.

Meanwhile....

K:Kelly

C: Christian

K: He invited you on a date?!

Considering this was his first time spending time with Liam, he needed some advice, and knew Kelly was the girl to go to for advice.

C: No, it's not a date, since it's a work social, but I'm completely terrified.

K: What are you scared about? You and him have been talking for weeks.

C: Unlike last time, though, clothing will not be optional this time.

While he was on the phone, he was going through his clothes, looking for something to wear for the night.

C: Found it!

"What is it?"

To the sound of his father's voice behind him, Christian whirled around.

JESUS! Fear gripped Christian's chest. "You almost scared me to death."

Sorry, didn't mean to. Henry chuckled, leaning against the closet door. "So, what was it you found?"

Oh, just a green shirt. Christian responded, quickly ending the all between him and Kelly. "Matt, Kelly and I are planning on going to a party in Washington Heights  later this week, and the attire requires green."

Ok, and now second question. Henry began asking. "What are you doing home on Wednesday morning? Why aren't you in school?"

Today is teacher testing day. As he walked to his bed, Christian reminded Henry.
