CATERGORY 1 Highschool Fire / Ryguy's Revenge.
If you guys read chapter 4 of Vol 2 (the first Arc basically) you will know some of Ryguy's backstory where he burned his highschool. I will explain what really happened.
Ryguy was abused and bullied for 13 years yes. Since 7, Her stepfather started abusing him after his mother's death. The older stepbrother also abuses him as well.
At school, he was bullied by a bunch of classmates for being 'poor' in having entirely ripped school clothing. Russo was a classmate but he finds it wrong and he had enough with it. One day, Russo defends Ryguy from a classmate who's going to electrocute him in the bathroom saying "it's too far. I am disappointed bro." That's when Russo and Ryguy became best friends. Russo doesn't mind being a 'loser' for friending a 'freak'... In fact, Ryguy was nice to him. Russo helped Ryguy with all of the abuse and the bullying.
