No One's POV

After choosing the alloys that will be their blade, they are all sent back home. Tanjiro was on Y/n's back resting but trying to stay awake, even though Y/n told him to sleep.

Tanjiro: sorry ... If you have to ... Carry me ... Y/n-san

Y/n: it's fine Tanjiro after all you gave all you've got at the Final Selection a good rest is the best reward you need right now

Tanjiro: ... Right ... I wonder if Nezuko is alright

Y/n: she will be fine she's a strong girl

Y/n kept walking back to Urokodaki's home as Tanjiro was having thoughts, they both finally arrive at the small house. Suddenly they heard something and the door was kicked by someone, both of them looked and saw it was Nezuko.

Tanjiro: Ah- Nezuko you- !! You woke up !!

Nezuko heard him and turns to see her brother, who got off Y/n's back and tried to went to her. Nezuko runs as Tanjiro tried to walk again but falls, he tried to stand up when he felt arms wrap around his head.

Tanjiro: *tears up and cries* Why did you suddenly fall onto coma like that ? You laid there on your bed and you wouldn't wake up !! I thought you were dead !!

Suddenly Urokodaki appeared and hug both Tanjiro and Nezuko welcoming the boy back, Y/n smiled at the scene and went to the three and pat Nezuko's head and place a hand on Urokodaki's shoulder.

Urokodaki: welcome back you two

~ Time skip brought you by Y/n being followed by three kids ~

15 days have passed now Tanjiro opens the door because he heard some wind chimes, Y/n was laying down at the wooden floor resting his head on his hand next to Nezuko. Nezuko was hiding under the sheet but playing at one of Y/n's hand amazed how big his hand is, Y/n heard as the blacksmith talks ignoring Tanjiro for awhile while introducing himself Haganezuka. The blacksmith kept talking until he finally stops and went inside the house awaiting for the blade to change, Tanjiro pulled out his sword first the boy was amazed to see it turn black.

Haganezuka: Black ?!

Urokodaki: It's black

Tanjiro: Eh, Black feels really Ominous,
is this a bad sign ?!

Urokodaki: No it's not like that ... I've never seen a blade this dark of a shade of black

Tanjiro: Eh ?!

Haganezuka: *points at Y/n* You !! Pull out your blade now !! I can't believe that you requested your own design of sword !! Now show me it's color !!

Tanjiro: huh ? That's ... Right Y/n-san ask for his sword to be fixed

**flashback**

Y/n was the last one to pick an ore the h/c boy look at the last ores that the 4 didn't pick, he notice one of them being different and it was not heavy nor light but he likes it. He took it and went to the twins and crouch down to their height to talk, Tanjiro watch Y/n confused of what he is doing.

Y/n: Say can I ask for a different style of sword ?

Black hair child: request are available but it will be much longer to make yours is that alright ?

Y/n: that's fine, you see ....

Y/n pulled out his broken sword on it's scabbard and show it to the two kids, Tanjiro just realize something. How did Y/n kill those demons when he only has a broken sword, the other 2 boys look surprised as the girl just kept her smile.
