Chapter 13

I had finally got out of the hospital in time to prepare for Madeline and Zach's wedding this weekend. I was very excited because I have been waiting to be a bridesmaid and I finally got to be one.

"You're gonna be partnered with Johnny." Madeline said.

"What? Why?" I asked.

"Because that's how we want it, and Matt's gonna be with my sister Jen." She said.

"Why can't Johnny and Jen dance together?" I asked.

"Because they hate each other and we really don't want a fight. Please?" She said.

"Fine." I said.

She smiled, giving me a kiss on the forehead as I went over to Matt, who was talking with Zach outside.

"Hey giant." I said.

"Hey you." Matt said, kissing me.

"Get a room!" Zach said.

"You're right, let's go to Zach's room." I said laughing.

"Ew." Zach said, walking away.

"It sucks we won't be together for half of the wedding." Matt said.

"It's okay. We have all the time in the world after the wedding and before the wedding." I said with a smile.

I always imagined getting married to Matt, wouldn't that be a dream. I felt we wouldn't last long enough.

"Hey Matt! Johnny just called. He needs you at the studio." Zach called out.

"You wanna come with?" Matt asked.

"Of course." I said as we left Madeline's house, driving over to the studio.

"What's the problem John?" Matt asked.

"The sounding is still fucked up. The fans are impatient for this self titled album and there's nothing we can do more about this." Johnny said.

"Shit. Why don't we just go to a different studio?" Matt asked.

"We can try. For now we're probably gonna have to post pone the album coming out because we still have Scream, Brompton Cocktail, and Critical Acclaim to do." He said.

"I know. We'll get it figured out. Don't be too hard on yourself." He said.

Johnny nodded, going to grab a water.

"I'm sure everything will be fine." I said.

"It will be. We always know how to figure it out." Matt said.

I nodded, smiling. I was super excited and super proud of the band coming this far.
