Daichi's POV

"Daichi, what are you thinking about?" I look at Kiyoko as I can feel Suga and Asahi's eyes on me. I stare forward at the dark street in front of me.

"Hinata... wants to bring someone to watch us play..."

Everyone stays silent, including me. We walk for a while, no one saying anything until Suga speaks up. "Huh..." He stops, and I look back to see his eyes widen in shock.

"HUH?!" Kiyoko slaps her hand onto Suga's mouth. "Shh- It's late, Suga". He nods slowly before Kiyoko removes her hand. "What do you mean he wants to bring someone?"

I look at Asahi as we continue walking. "I have no idea. Apparently, he wants to bring someone to stop annoying him." The three of them look at me in confusion.

"Annoying him? Is someone being annoying to Hinata?" I look at Asahi, "supposedly. This person Hinata is referring to wanted to have Hinata join his club, but after Hinata declined his offer, he says that he'll let Hinata have his peace as long as he can watch us play."

At least that's what I think he was implying...

"I see, so am I allowed to bring someone?"

I stare at Hinata in shock. "Who are you bringing?" I play with my hands nervously. I don't know why I'm acting this way. I think it's just weird that Hinata wants to bring someone. He isn't the type to do so.

Hinata stares at my hands silently before speaking up. "A senpai. He wanted me to join his club, but after I refused, he says that if he can watch us play, then he'll stop bugging me."

I sweatdrop at the thought of Hinata joining another club. It took so long to bring him here, and despite him being in the club for not that long, he's already helped us improve.

"A-Alright... Just make sure to tell Coach Ukai on the day they come. The sooner, the better," I sigh.

He nods before bowing. "Thank you, Daichi-San."

"Well, did you say yes?!" I sweatdrop at Suga as I nod. "Yeah... I can't risk losing Hinata..."

Kiyoko chuckles, "ohoho?~ Why so, Daichi?" I stiffen up and feel my cheeks reddening. "I-I just-" I clear my throat, "Hinata's a good player and a good teammate. We can't lose him when the tournaments are coming up later."

Kiyoko eyes me smugly. "Of course~."

Kiyoko's POV

Hehe~ Operation: DaiHina starting!

Daichi's POV

I sigh as I look up at the sky. Hopefully, this person won't be any trouble.

{TIME SKIP}

"HINATAAAAAA!~" We turn around to see a brown-haired person with an excited look on his face. "Oi- Shut it, will you?" "Ahaha... Sorry, everyone..."

Three... people..? I thought Hinata said he was going to invite only one person?

"Eh? Where's Hinata..?" I look at the brown-haired guy looking left and right. "Uhh... H-Hinata-Kun isn't here yet..." He slouches down in despair.

"Don't worry..! He'll come soon", a black-haired guy says reassuringly while patting his back.

"HEY! WHO ARE YOU, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH OUR KOUHAI?!" The guy straightens up, "Hinata invited me, of course! He says he really really wants me to watch him play!~"
