The next morning Louis woke up to cracking sound of fire.
"Good morning." he looked up to see Henry's gaze on him.
"Good-" Louis noticed that Henry's top half was naked.

"You were really cold this morning." he informed him. Louis realized that Henry had given him his top to keep him warm.
"You shouldn't have done that. You will get ill." Louis got up, giving it back to him.

"I am warm thanks to the fire." he took the top back, dressing himself again.

Louis stared at his bare chest. He really liked the view. He wanted to slap himself for staring, that was very inappropriate of him.

"I am just toasting the bread."
Louis' stomach made a loud sound right after the green eyed boy said that.
"Hopefully, we will get some more food soon." Henry added, taking the bread down.

"Here." he handed half to Louis.
"Thank you." they both ate their pieces in silence.

"We should take the horses to get some water. They haven't drunk since yesterday's evening." Louis said when he finished eating the bread.
"Yes, you are right."

"Come on Henry." Louis started getting ready.
"Why are you in such a hurry all of sudden?" Henry questioned.
"We should keep moving. It's not good to stay somewhere for too long."
Henry poured some water from the lagoon on the fire to get rid of it.

The boys prepared themselves and their horses, getting up into the saddles just like they did the morning before.

They let Nova and Damon walk slowly with each other.

"What to do you think they think of each other?" Louis asked.
"Look at Damon, I think he really likes your mare."
"It seems like it indeed." Louis devoted the green eyed boy a smile.

They soon arrived to a small rivulet where they let the horses drink and rest before they continued with their journey.

"I see a village." Louis stopped Nova on the top of the little hill where they currently were, Henry doing the same with Damon.
"Should we risk it?" Louis asked him.
"What do you think?" Henry replied.
"I think we need to get food and some water."

And just like that they both spurred their horses, making their way towards the village.

As soon as they arrived they could see people staring. It wasn't usual for ordinary people to own a horse so all of the people were naturally staring at them.

They arrived in front of the baker's place.
"Let's get some bread and water from the well." the well was standing just few meters away from them.

"Alright, take the water, I will take care of the food." they both nodded, taking separate ways.

"Good morning." Henry greeted when he entered the building.
"Good." some older man said from behind the old wooden counter.
"I would like to buy some bread."
"Do you have money?" the man checked him up and down.
"I do." Henry pulled out a pouch full of gold coins.
"I will take two." he placed 3 coins on the counter, preparing his scarf into which he could wrap them.
"Here." the man gave him two fresh loaves of bread.
"Thank you."

When he came outside he couldn't see Nova nor Louis.

They were gone. Henry felt wave of newly discovered sadness wash over him.
He grew to really like the younger prince of Evermore during those past two days. He didn't know he was this polite and amiable before... if he only knew it sooner.

He held the wrapped breads in one of his hands while he got up into the saddle. Just when he wanted to get away from this village he saw Louis with Nova and two little girls.

He smiled at the sight that he got the chance to see, approaching them.

"And what is her name?" one of the girls asked.
"Nova is her name."
"She is very beautiful." the second girl added while petting Nova's neck.

"Good morning." the girls both took their gazes to Henry and Damon after the green eyed boy had greeted them.

"Good morning." they greeted him as well.
"What's your horse's name?" one of them asked.
"His name is Damon." Henry answered proudly.
"Pretty boy." the girl petted him.
"Alright. We better get going." Louis got up into his saddle.

"Yes, indeed." Henry said back.
"It was nice to meet you." Louis said before he spurred Nova to move, Henry doing the same, following him out of the village.

"They were lovely." the green eyed boy said.
"They were."
"Henry, I just realized we are near the place where my father used to take me as a little boy. Would you like to go there?"

"Yes, of course I would."
"Alright, follow me then." and just like that they were teasing each other about their horse's pace, competing with one another happily.

"It's right there, the tree." Louis pointed at the tree that was standing alone in the middle of a field.
"Come on."

They soon arrived to that place and Harry could see a stone underneath the tree.
When he stopped Damon he could read what was sculpted into that stone.

"Antonieta Elizabetha." Henry read out loud.
"My mother is resting here under this tree. I don't remember her. She died while giving birth to me." Louis explained.

"I am sorry for that."

"Don't be, it's not your fault. My father told me the labor was very complicated and it was impossible to save her. He knew he was going to lose her before it started. I never met her, I don't know what she was like." Louis turned around with Nova, facing the view now.

"She has a beautiful view."
Harry turned round to take a look as well.

"Yes, she does."

"Alright, let's go. We are too noticeable in places like those, we should get back into the woods. Look, there is a trail." Louis pointed near the woods, that they had the view on right now.
