You have devoured my mind, my soul, and my being
And what's much worse? Over the yonder of the sea, I see you fleeing...
You have surreptitiously gotten my heart!
And like a pirate, you still choose to leave and part...
Even if I set the sails in top full mast,
I'll always be left in memories of times borne past
I hope the torrential rain and downpour in the ocean ceases
So for the last moment of our time, even if our distance increases
My eyes will still see the last vestiges of you
Like a ship who had sailed away And never once thought to lengthen its stay
