Chapter 22: Fairy Tail's next Guild Master

Soon I returned back to the guild with the others.

We had begin to party like we normally do right after every successful mission.
The Legion Platoon soon came and apologized for what they had done. Soon Natsu and Dan had a eating contest. Dan soon increased Natsu meal as him and Dan soon begin to fight. Sugar Boy soon was being weird and stating something about Gray as Juvia soon came in between Sugar Boy and Gray. Everyone was so happy. Until I notice the tension of Dad and Byro.
"Umm. Are they going to be alright?" I questioned.
"I heard they had a pretty nasty fight." Cana informed as she then begin chugging her barrel again.
"I wonder what about." I questioned.
"I heard it had something to do with the fact that Byro wanted to end your life." Laki informed.
"End my life..." I questioned.
"Yeah. Gildarts held the anger in pretty well, but I think he taught Byro a lesson." Laki stated, as I turned my attention to the two of them.
"I must say that fight we had was something else. I'm still feeling it." Dad informed.
"To think people like you and your daughter exist is more surprising than I thought." Byro added.
"A fight is organic, strength and training is just apart of it. It only takes one wrong move and I would've been the one eating the floor." Dad stated which made me smile.
"You certainly have a broad outlook." Byro added.
"I just live my life by a different set of rules." Dad smirked.
"By the way I want to apologize for the threat I held against your daughter." Byro stated.
"It's over now, and I'm still not happy that your threatened to kill her. But, she not hurt and she's still living. So I'll let you off the hook, but ever think about threatening her again, and I'll snap you in two." Dad growled, and.
"I understand." Byro sighed as Natsu soon walked up to me.
"Everything, going okay?" Natsu asked.
"Yeah. Everything's fine." I stated with a smile as Natsu soon wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him.
"Hey, have you seen my Sparks around?!" Dan questioned as Juvia kept Sugar Boy away from Gray.
"I thought your new squeeze was Angel." Gray asked.
"Lifes to short to stay tide down." Dan stated.
"Yeah. Right." Gray stated as he then looked at Juvia.

Dan quickly turned around and hugged Erza. He soon stated something as Erza soon hit him knocking him down. I laughed as I notice how close Laxus and Mira was. They we're laughing and drinking. They we're so happy. I smiled knowing my brother found someone he's close with, just like Natsu and me. Soon before I knew it Dan jumped back up and started hugging me.
"Y/n, your looking even more prettier than the last time I saw you." Dan yelled.
"Would you leave me alone!" I yelled.
"Nah. Our love burns brighter than fire." Dan stated as I became annoyed.
"Uh oh, Y/n's getting angry." Happy stated.
"Just wait. She'll hit him so hard he'll go flying out of the guild." Cana laughed. The anger soon continued as I then hit Dan so hard that he went straight through the guild wall.
"Thay's two K.O's from two different girls on the same guy!" Happy laughed.
"That's my girl!" Natsu laughed as he then wrapped his arm around me. Soon we learned about the Legion Platoon actually was sent on a mission. They we're asked to scatter the Fallen Angel Peices. Soon Natsu asked Byro to smile a little and Byro gave us a creepy smile. Before I headed home, Mira gave me my bracelet back. She told me she kept it safe for me. I told her thank you.  Natsu and I then went home. We then fell asleep as soon as we hit the bed.

The next day...
This morning we walked to the guild. Once we got into the guild our guild started talking about a magic guild known as Sabertooth.
"So who is Sabertooth again?!" Natsu asked as he sat at the bar and I sat on top of the bar while holding Happy.
"Their incredibly strong. They surpass Lamia Scale and the Blue Pegasus guild a long time ago. There the strongest Wizard guild around." Romoe explained.
"I've never heard of them. Not even today." Gray stated.
"That's because Seven years ago, no one had heard anything about them." Max informed.
"So they just popped up like they belong in the rankings." I stated.
"Well it started when they got a new master. Five incredibly strong wizards took over and that's all she wrote." Max stated.
"Five new members made that much of a difference." Lucy exclaimed.
"I wonder how strong they are." I chuckled.
"If their the number one guild in Fiore does that mean we're number two." Wendy stated.
"Are you kidding me." Happy sighed.
"Wendy look around you, child." Carla stated which ment we weren't the top guild anymore.
"We're dead last." Romeo sighed as Natsu soon stated how it would be fun to claw our way back to the top. Soon Cana pulled me to the side.
"Hey, have you seen Gildarts anywhere?" Cana asked.
"I haven't seen Dad. No sorry, Cana." I sighed as we then walked back over to the others.
"Hey have you seen Gildarts anywhere?" Cana asked the others.
"What's the matter. Little Cana starting to get lonely when her daddy's not around." Gray stated.
"Gray." I stated with a piercing sharp look.
"Sorry! My bad." Gray exclaimed.
"Just watch what you say. You seriously don't want me to kick your ass." I sighed.
"Gildarts and Master Makarov just left to the old guild hall." Erza stated.
"Sweet! I going on a job before he gets back. See, yeah sis!" Cana stated as she ran out the guild's doors.
"See yeah too." I stated with a smile.
"I bet they're just making sure it's still there." Natsu laughed.
"Yeah. You wanna go find my old man." I laughed.
"Yeah, let's go!" Natsu stated as me, him, and Happy ran out the guild's doors.
