Chapter 5: The Lacrima Crown

Natsu's pov...
I woke up when I heard Y/n gasp and fall. I notice that she was hunched over a bit. She started speaking words that made no sense. She then dropped her hand as I then quickly got up.
"Y/n!" Laxus and me yelled as we both stood up.
"You must keep this away from the blood of the Lghtning Angel, the Demon, and the Warrior." Y/n mumbled as she then begin to fall. I quickly got up and caught her. She was slumped over in my arms as she was no longer awake. She was out cold.
"Is she okay?" Laxus questioned.
"I don't know. She's never been like this." I stated as I held her.
"I would close that case. Maybe it will keep her from being like this." Laxus suggested.
"I agree." Mira agreed as she bent down and felt Y/n's forehead. She then continued, "She's not running fever, maybe it has something to do with that lacrima."
"Yeah maybe so." Happy agreed as Levy came walking up to the case.
"Wait you guys there's a note in the case." Levy exclaimed as she grabbed it.
"So what does it say?" Laxus asked.

"It says, Lucy and Y/n if you are reading this then you should know it's dangerous. Hopefully the light you hold will keep you away from darkness. Jude Heartfilia." Levy read.
"Nothing about what it will do. That's just great." Laxus growled.

"Well we need to close the case now. If that lacrima can't be around her then why keep it open." Mira suggested as I sat down on the ground and laid y/n in my lap.

Yeah. Michelle please close the case." Lucy asked as Michelle then closed the case. She soon begin to cry as she was afraid she hurt Y/n. Happy came over beside me and Y/n.
"Y/n, please wake up." Happy cried.
"Don't worry little buddy. She will." I smiled as Happy grabbed her arm.
"Hmm. What's all the commotion about." A familiar voice asked. I looked up to see Gramps and Gildarts come walking in.
"It's about Y/n, sir." Mira informed as Gramps and Gildarts came inside and to her side.
"It's about a Fallen Angel Lacrima." Wendy added.
"Hmmm. Yes. I've heard of it. Quite dangerous indeed." Gramps stated as Y/n's eyes soon begin to flutter open.

Y/n's pov...
I felt a warm aurora around me. It was quite nice. I opened my eyes to see Natsu, Gramps, and Dad (Gildarts).
"What's going on?" I questioned.
"Y/n, don't you remember. We opened up that weird case over their and it revealed the Fallen Angel lacrima." Happy reminded.
"Oh." I mumbled as the moment came quickly back.
"Don't worry. We'll figure it out." Natsu smiled as I sat up.
"I'm not worried. It's just the aurora on that is quiet weird. Nothing normal." I implied as I looked at the case across the room. I tried to stand up, as Natsu helped me up.
"Hmmm. If the lacrima made Y/n fall unconscious then we should keep it in the case and away from her, at all times." Dad thought out loud.
"Well what if the lacrima was a one time deal thing." I questioned as Natsu soon wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Umm, Master. I need to look at the lacrima." Levy informed.
"What do you need from it?" Gramps questioned.
"Well, normally with theses things they state something about them and where they were found." Levy explained looking down at Gramps.
"Go ahead, but afterwards quickly put it back." Gramps implied.
"Yes sir." Levy nodded as she opened the case. She asked Lucy to pick it up. Lucy obeyed, and Levy looked at the clear neon blue lacrima. She asked Lucy to bring it closer to her. Lucy did as she had a solid look at the bottom of the lacrima. Natsu let me out of his arms, as I looked at Levy.
"This is the Fallen Angel Lacrima. Found in a cave near an unknown place. January 22, X755." Levy stated as I saw that part of the label was scratched off.
"Wait, January 22!" Laxus exclaimed.
"That's mom's birthday!" I gasped. 

"This must mean something. It has to be some information about the past!" Levy exclaimed
"I wonder what happened in mom's past." I questioned. Levy soon grabbed some paper and wrote some things down. I then walked over beside her and looked at the paper. It read:
