TW: MENTIONS BLOOD AND DEATH
We're getting to season 3 folks! SEASON 3!!!! Tbh Idk how many seasons there will be but from looking at all I have planned.... Let's just put a guess to at least 4, and at most 7. 😄

Was this the afterlife? Did I just die? I hadn't felt anything, only heard the sound of the gunshot. Yet it didn't sound like a shotgun. Instead, it sounded more like a pistol. I slowly opened my eyes, realizing I had put my hands together in front of me. I had started praying without knowing it. How pitiful I must've looked. I blinked, realizing the light above was still flickering. I felt something warm touch my knees, and I didn't want to look. I knew what it was... I knew it was blood. Not mine, Hina's. I looked up to see what happened to the killer, only to see him nowhere. Well, he was laying in front of me, blood pouring from the side of his head. For some reason, I didn't feel anything when seeing his dead body. I had flinched, scared, at first, but nothing else. I looked back up, hearing some rummaging in one of the cabinets. It was a person, not dressed in a PSI uniform, but a hoodie with the hood over their head, a black mask covering their face. They seemed to have a slim body and short build. Were they a... kid? I stood, my legs shaky.

"H-hey... who are you?" I asked, stumbling over to them. "Y-you just saved my life." They didn't seem to have any response to my words, only going through the cabinets one by one. They were clearly looking for something. "What are you looking for?" I reached forward to grab a cabinet. I didn't know what I was doing, but before I knew it, a gun was pointed at my head. This was the first time they had reacted to my presence. Then, something happened that I couldn't understand. Their breath hitched, and the gun lowered and they continued going through the cabinets. I watched, holding onto the desk for support, as they searched the entire room, even Hina's dead body. Even through the mask, I could tell that seeing him like that was hard, and I couldn't tell if it was because it was because it was a corpse or something else. But hadn't they just killed that worker in cold blood?

They walked out of the room, taking any ammo they could find and other stuff like medical equipment. I had no other choice but to follow. If I stayed, I might as well be dead. I groaned, my shoulder throbbing, blood seeping through my jacket. The person didn't speak much, only hums and grumbles every once in a while. They wore gloves that were covered in blood stains, and I grimaced. How many lives had they taken? Once we got to the fields, I saw just how many dead bodies there were. So many kids, PSI workers... so many. It was like a war was raged here. I flew my hood over my head, trying to forget the scene I just witnessed.

We made it outside, and I saw trucks coming towards the camp. They weren't PSI trucks... they were Kou's. Crap. I knew I had to run, had to hide, but the person before me didn't seem to budge a bit. They stood there, as the trucks hauled forward until they stopped right in front of them. Kouen stepped out of the first truck, looking furious. I understood why... and that's why I needed to hide. I had failed to protect his brother, and now he's dead because of me. Kouen glanced at the person before me, who stepped out of his way, and took notice of me. His eyes shone with furry, but he didn't raise his weapon. He got to me, and without saying anything, punched. I flew to the ground, pain from my cheek. Any harder and he would've knocked out my tooth. But I suppose he wasn't done yet, because he continued using me as his punching bag, insulting me every way he could. Until, right as he had hit me in the eye, a hand gripped his wrist. I squinted to see, and saw it wasn't his siblings... they had stayed back, probably either afraid of their brothers furry to try to stop him, or waiting their own turn to let their rage out. It had been that mystery person who had stopped him. Kouen looked up at them, and sighed. He got up, and turned to the person. His siblings also took a step forward, Hakuei grabbing my shirt, probably so that I didn't run away.

"Is this another trade? Listen, we're only here for this boy here. I'm not looking to trade-" His eyes widened a little as the other took their backpack off and zipped it open, revealing tons of medical supplies. Everyone gasped, and Hakuei's grip on my shirt tightened. Kouen was about to take the trade, until she intervened.
