Inside the building, High T is thoughtful enough to inform you about the discussion they will have on the meeting and because in that very meeting, there attended your ex lover or boyfriend

High T announced to you that you and your ex would work together, meaning going back to talking and being partners

You can already imagine how awkward that would be

You see Agent M talking to a friend of yours with two pair of eyes. Telling her about the First Great Alien Immigration and telling Agent M that his grandparents was there

" So beautiful " he said while fondly looking at the picture of his grandparents

"Here you are, dear" a woman with a beautiful voice said and gave Agent M a drink

Agent M looked behind Nerlene to see Agent X

"I've been looking everywhere for you" Agent M said as she gently sipped on her drink

"I saw you were busy knowing about history, which I've probably heard for a couple of times already." You said as you turned to the man with two pairs of glasses and patted his shoulder

"The picture of your grandparents are beautiful" you nodded at him

"Thank you, Agent X" with a sweet smile, he turned around as did you

Your smile fell when you saw him

Hearing Agent M talk in slomo

" What's up with that guy?"

" Nerlene! " The man shouted to break her out of her trance

"Sorry" Agent M muttered as you hid yourself behind the tall Nerlene as much as possible

"He's just so yummy" the girl exclaimed

"Eogh! That comment was unnecessary, Nerlene" you said behind her and waited until he was not in sight

You then went beside Agent M when she started asking

"Who is he?" You stood there silently

"H. Only the best agent in the building. Before Agent X, of course." The man with two pairs of eyes and glasses said beside you, giving you a smile

"..and he is X's ex boyfriend"

' he just had to add that '

You let out a groan, closing your eyes as you furrow your brows
"Oh! Come on, you just had to say that"

"Sorry, Agent X" he said in which you nodded to

You turned to Agent M, who's giving you a teasing smirk. She kept nudging your arm

"What now?" You said with a scowl but replaced it with an awkward smile

"So he's the loser?" Agent M asked as you hummed and started making gestures with your hands. Seemingly, unable to explain

"Ehh, maybe" that was all you can answer her with. She let out a laugh at your reaction.

The moment you saw him enter the room, he's still that handsome man you used--you still love. He's so different yet at the same time he was still the same. You couldn't understand what happened to him after the accident from The Hive.

You have suspicions about the accident but didn't give much care to it

"He saved the world once with nothing but his wits and a Series-7 De-Atomizer" the 4-eyed-man continued

Once again, you stayed silent.

"He saved the world?
..From what?" Agent M asked

' gosh, she is a one curious person '

" The Hive "

"  The Hive " Agent M repeated in a whisper

"Yes, The Hive. Do we have to repeat it for the fourth time? Do the honors, Nerlene" you blurted out

" The Hive. Honor's mine " Nerlene said

" Amazingly said, Nerlene" you praised her then went to follow Agent M to wherever she goes after Making the Four-eyed-amn do her a favor of handling her calls

You then soon realized what she was going to do

"To do some homework" Agent M answered when she was asked where she was going

You hurried up to her, as she went up the five steps up stairs

"Please, tell me you're not doing what I think you're doing" you pleaded as she was careful not to pour her drink

"I'm doing what you think you're thinking" Agent M confirmed Agent X's thoughts

' she is gonna talk to H '

You then thought to yourself

' I think I should just neuralyze myself  '
