Chapter 9

They arrived on an overlooking view.

Taehyung parked the car and this time they both went out from it.

There was a table for two.

Jennie sat down unaware of what's in store for her.

She was confused why Taehyung acted like this.

It was as if he was bringing her to a date.

Taehyung sat across her.

"What do you want to order madame and sir?" A waiter asked as he walked towards them.

"2 Medium rare steak and a bottle of Cahors wine." Taehyung ordered

"Noted madame" The waiter bowed down then walked away.

"Yah, why did you bring me here?" Jennie asked.

"For us to enjoy, this is also my way of thanking."

Jennie just nodded despite being confused.

After their meal, Taehyung brought her to the gardens.

"Damn, this is my first time in here. My whole life, I was in the farm." Jennie said.

"Then be happy that you're finally here." Taehyung said.

Then they stopped by an elevated stage like area.

Both faced each other and to Jennie's surprise Taehyung held both her hands.

"Shall we dance?"

"I don't know how to dance Tae."

Taehyung held her waist and then his other hand holding hers.

Jennie found it awkward because their positions in dancing were supposed to be interchanged.

Then the two musician men started to play a common song entitled "runaway"

They were so caught up with the vibes, slow dancing in front of sunset and so intimate with one another.

Taehyung looked at Jennie in a bewitching manner.

While Jennie looked at him innocently.

Their faces were so closed to one another, to the point that their urges deep inside awakened.

At this time, with the height and body of Jennie...

Taehyung tiptoed, wrapped his arms around Jennie's neck and crashed his lips unto hers.

Jennie's eyes widened... Aside from the fact that she was kissing her own self, it was Taehyung doing it inside her.

She wanted to slap back herself into reality, she tried to push him in resistance but he'd never give up.

But this was it...

Taehyung just expressed his like and admiration for her.

After their kiss, Jennie ran away.

"Jennie! Wait!" Taehyung followed after her.

She was walking very quickly while Taehyung tried to increase his walking pace.

They stopped near the fountain area.

Jennie stopped while gasping for breath while Taehyung was behind her.

"W-Why?...who are you to kiss me?" Jennie asked.

"Jennie....are you that naive? Can't you see? The soul switching, our moments and conversations at the farm...the two of us should be together."

"But still...that doesn't erase the fact that....we live in a totally different world. I am a farmer, you are a chaebol."

"So what? Let them judge us. What's important is that we're together." Taehyung pulled Jennie to face him

"Tae...look at us. We are not even in our own bodies yet."

"We'll figure this out soon.." Taehyung reassuringly held her/his face with both his hands.

Jennie looked at him teary eyed.

Then Taehyung went on to kiss her lips again.

Jennie felt like it happened so fast, she doesn't even know when and how Taehyung fell in love with her.

She was also unaware of her own feelings for him.

This time they found an empty cottage and went on with what they were doing.

Taehyung was the one on top as he was peppering kisses all over Jennie.

Jennie this time tried to dominate as both were gasping for breaths.

They were so lost with one another in the midst of kissing.

After their kiss, Taehyung watched as Jennie was falling asleep in his arms.

He smiled and kissed her on her forehead this time.

"I like you Jennie more than you'll ever know." He whispered.
