------------------------------------------------------------

The Emperor of The Easempie Empire, he is the one that plans and initiates the missions and actions of the Entire Council. As Lord of The High Council, his word is absolute, though none would disobey him as they owe him their lives. He lives in the old capital of a united Arnor, Annúminas, before the Split of TA 861, when Arnor split into three smaller kingdoms. Annúminas then is renamed Oedethius. Though the National Capital of The Smp is Vehmedall City (Vehmedall is short for "Vehmedxstallvandrouxgraph" which means Community), renamed from Fornost, the former capital of Arthedain before it is abandoned. Unlike most leaders, who live safely in their high castles, he usually leaves and roams all of Middle Earth. Some say he had even been in the Undying Land, without the permission of the Valar. Under his Eternal rule, Eriador prospered. Forest grows, lives thrive, increased in wealth and trade with everyone else, even Harad and Rhûn(and some sources say even Mordor). He plays a pivotal role in The Lord of The Rings Trilogy. More on him will probably soon be revealed.

(Joseph's POV)

Ah yes, I need to find myself a place to stay other than Vehmedall City. Pretty sure the ruins of the Arnorean Capital will do? No?

I make my way west, where the area of Evendim lies. I will go to Lake Nenuial, there on its southern shores are the Old Capital of Arnor, Annúminas. Lake Evendim, or Nenuial, was a lake in northern Eriador, the largest body of water between Belegaer and the Misty Mountains.

It was about 100 miles (160.93 km) north of the Shire. It was approximately fifty miles from north to south, and twenty miles east to west. The lake was bounded on the west and south by the Hills of Evendim. On its southern shore was Annúminas, the first capital of Arnor. The Brandywine River flowed eastward out of this lake.

Then there's the region of Evendim. The Hills of Evendim, or Emyn Uial in Sindarin, were a series of hills located in northern Eriador.

The hills began about a hundred Númenórean miles north of the Shire in northern Eriador. As previously mentioned, at the southern end was the city of Annúminas, the first capital of Arnor, at Lake Evendim. The river Lhûn also had a tributary beginning in the hills.

In the Second Age, when the Exiles of Númenor first returned to Middle-earth, the Hills of Evendim were populated by Middle Men related to the ancestors of the Edain. For this reason, the Númenóreans later settled nearby, and the hills formed the core of the later kingdom of Arnor.

After the establishments of the Kingdoms in Exile by Elendil and his sons, the Men of Evendim merged with the Dúnedain, becoming the people of Arnor. When Arnor divided into three separate kingdoms, the Hills of Evendim were part of the kingdom of Arthedain. At the end of the wars with Angmar in TA 1975, the cavalry of Gondor led by King Eärnur passed through here on their way to break the ranks of the Witch-king of Angmar's forces. After the fall of the North Kingdom the hills remained unpopulated until the end of the age.
