The group of four sat at the look out for what seemed like forever. The cool September air blowing through the tall trees, leaves falling from their homes and floating in the wind. The breeze lifted Georgia's hair as she listened to Fangs and Toni talk, remaining mostly silent beside Sweet Pea's figure that still towered over her. "You're a quiet one, aren't you?" Sweet Pea asked, looking down to the small brunette who looked up at him shocked. "Yeah I-I guess so." she stuttered out before looking back down to her worn out black shoes.

Sweet Pea looked down to the girl still, wondering what was behind the constant look of fear in her wide doe eyes. There was something about this girl, and they could all feel it when they looked at her. Maybe it was the idea that someone so small and quiet could be a product of their own Serpent king. FP Jones was loud, held himself with pride and led the Serpents with everything he had in him; but now their king was locked up and Georgia Jones was left behind with her twin brother. No one really knew what happened with FP and his ex wife Gladys, just that she left and took their youngest daughter with her. Some believed that the woman brought their youngest daughter along due to the fact that she had yet to be exposed to the way of the Southside, she hadn't been influenced yet. It's easier to take someone out of the Southside if they will never remember anything about it, even if that means not remembering their family.

Georgia very obviously didn't belong here, not just in the Southside but with the Serpents as a whole. She was quiet and kind, and Sweet Pea knew that would be her greatest weakness. The Southside was known to break people, and if they got the chance to leave they were a shell of what they once were. Those who didn't get the chance to leave, died in the Southside bitter with a newfound hatred for the world. Neither of those options were good enough for Georgia Jones. The tall teenage boy continued to look down at the girl beside him.

There was no doubt that Georgia Jones was beautiful. She may not have had full lips like some people viewed as beautiful. Her cheeks were chubby and were dusted with freckles, her eyebrows were full and yet a scar ran through her left brow - a story laid behind that for sure. She was small and petite, her brown hair wild and untamed from the wind, but Sweet Pea had a feeling it looked like that most of the time anyways. She wore shirts and sweaters that were too large for her, a good change from the girls in the Southside that wore clothes that hugged every curve and were cut so short they hardly looked like shirts at all. The Serpent jacket that rested over the girl was still a size too big, and came down to cover most of her hands, something Sweet Pea thought was cute.

"Hey Georgia, are you getting cold?" Toni asked, leaning in front of Fangs to get a view of the quiet girl. Georgia shook her head quickly, but it was very obviously a lie. The wind blew through her like a leaf, and her cheeks and nose were dusted pink from the cool air nipping at her skin. "Let's head out and find some food." Sweet Pea said quickly, standing up and offering a helping hand down to the small girl.

Georgia hesitantly reached up and allowed the boy to help her up, before looking away from him after muttering a small 'thank you.' The tall boy led the way back to the three motorcycles, grabbing his helmet from off the seat and holding it out for the small girl. She grabbed it from his large hands before putting it on, her cold hands fumbling with the chin strap making Sweet Pea sigh.

The boy pushed her hands out of the way lightly before grabbing the small straps and swiftly tightening them up for her before turning to sit on his bike and turning it on. Georgia slowly got on behind him, watching as both Fangs and Toni made their way to their bikes, starting their engines before giving a nod to Sweet Pea to let the boy know that they were ready. "Hold on princess." Sweet Pea said, glancing back to the girl. She quickly wrapped her arms around the boy's waist before he took off out of the parking lot and onto the main road once again. Fangs and Toni stayed close to the pair ahead of them, both noticing how Sweet Pea rode more tame this time around after initially scaring the newcomer.

The group rode on the empty roads back towards the Southside, Georgia watching as the world passed her by quickly until they were riding through the empty streets of the Southside. They passed by the now empty highschool, the Whyte Wyrm that was packed full of motorcycles and old beaten up trucks. It wasn't long after that they passed Sunnyside as well, making Georgia frown her eyebrows until she remembered that the group was on a mission to find something for dinner. The group stopped at a stop sign, resting there for a second before Sweet Pea looked back to the girl on his bike. "Do you like that Pop's place? All the Northsiders go there, right?" he asked, making the girl nod her head. "I work t-there!" the girl called over the engine making the boy nod his head in response before he started back off down the road.

Pop's diner sat on the borderline of the North and South sides. While the diner had been open for decades and was supposed to be a place where the two divided sides could live cohesively, the Northsiders were quick to take the diner for their own. Taking one more thing from the Southside, and leaving them with run down bars and poorly stocked grocery stores. It only took a couple minutes from their initial stop to arrive at the diner, it was getting late and most of the parking lot was empty. The three friends all parked their bikes in a row, before cutting the engines and standing up to stretch their legs. Georgia followed in suit, letting her arms slip off of Sweet Pea's waist and standing up as she took off the helmet. Quickly, she felt hands under her chin and the strap was loosened before being slid off her head. Georgia looked up, her bright green eyes meeting Sweet Pea's brown ones as the boy offered her a tiny smile. "T-Thank you." the girl squeaked before stuffing her hands in the pockets of her coat.

Quickly, the group of four headed towards the door to the diner, Fangs swinging it open for the group to walk into. The bell above the door dinged, gaining the attention from the few customers that were sitting in booths. "What are you doing here on your night off?" Pop asked with a joke, looking at the small girl that stood beside the towering Serpent. "You know I can't resist the coffee." Georgia joked back with the man. Pop instructed the group to take a seat wherever they liked and Georgia led the way to her booth tucked away in the corner. The three Serpents behind her all shared shocked looks, hearing her talk to Pop was the first time they never heard her stutter.

Georgia slid into the booth, sitting beside the window and looking out into the dark parking lot. Sweet Pea slid in beside her, as Fangs took the side in front of the girl and Toni beside him. "Evening y'all. Georgia I know you want a coffee, but what can I get for the rest of you?" The waitress that Georgia often worked night shifts with, asked the rest of the group. "I'll take a coffee too." Sweet Pea replied to the woman while his friends both got milkshakes, something that the diner was definitely known for.

"I got a question," Sweet Pea said, looking down at the girl that was sitting beside him as his friends looked over the menu. She nodded her head as if telling him the floor was his. "How'd you get that scar?" he asked, pointing to her eyebrow which made the girl laugh quietly.
