PUNCH 3

 During math class, Sky couldn't settle. she kept bouncing up and down in her seat. the teacher kept droning on about stuff that I already knew. (yawn) boring the bell rung signaling the end of class. the rest of the  day passed in a blur and was  completely uneventful. at  the end of the day, Raymond picked up but instead, he drove an unfamiliar route it was just a few meters away  from our apartment." hey aren't we heading home?" I asked him to which he simply shrugged his shoulders carelessly but ignored me anyway. soon he pulled up to a nice-looking apartment we got out of the car and headed towards the front door and rang the doorbell. after a few seconds later, the door opened, and standing in the doorway was the guy who I had caught by surprise and  0nce again, his eyes widened. "hey Lucus." he greeted him happily,  Lucus looked happy to see Ray then they did the bro hug thing. I wandered off to the living room where I found the other three boys sitting on the sofa and discussing some plans to ambush a warehouse but when they saw me, they stopped and immediately began talking about basketball. " okay, so first of all, if you use the western route you will easily get captured." I said and they all looked dumbfounded. " well you're going to that warehouse downtown right?" I asked them and they nodded slowly looking at me with open mouths and wide eyes. " I see you've already begun pitching ideas to the team," Lucas said with a grin on his face. " hey Liam pass the remote," Lucas said and Liam obliged soon they took out the plans they had been looking at before and  I noticed that their plans had some major flaws. With the attack from the angel they were talking about,  they could easily be seen but with an aerial assault,  it would be an easy mission. I told them  my ideas and Lucas  seemed to like them."hey I like her." Liam said smiling with his brown eyes shining happily. But the other guy sitting next to him punched him his blue eyes narrowed at me. " hey what was that for Leo? " Liam asked him while rubbing the spot on his arm where he got punched. I looked at them and tried to make a connection between them but failed to. Ugh, I guess  I'll just have to wait a while. Raymond entered the room holding two boxes of pizza and he placed them on the coffee table. 

At around nine pm, we headed to the garage  which was huge with several flashy cars and Lucas opened  a shiny black  one whose model I couldn't  tell because  the room was dimly lit. " great why the small  one?" Leo asked with a low growl and a bored look on his face. Okay  guys this is it, it's  the moment  we  all trained for and we can't  fail this time." Raymond said looking serious. The car was a four-sitter and there were five of us including the guy whose name I just learned was Devin's car. We all got into the car and drove to the warehouse house. Devin parked the car five blocks away and all of us except for  Ray got out and walked to the building next to the warehouse. We ascended the flights of stairs silently and got to the rooftop where there was a rope connecting the warehouse and that other building.  We each had a harness which we used to get to the warehouse.  Within two minutes,  we arrived safely on the roof. after which we walked to a heavy door and I pulled a laser gun from my pocket and used it to make a hole big enough for us to the walkthrough. just then, the alarms started blaring and the bright red lights started swirling obnoxiously. immediately guys dressed in all black rushed in holding guns and pointing them at us. " what are you doing here?" a guy with a gruff voice and a bushy beard asked but we all simply stared at him our eyes taking in his features and assessing whether we could take him on in a fight. but then we looked at the other two guys standing beside him on either side. of him who looked more intimidating than him and looked several years younger than him. Leo whistled lowly before replying to the question. " well, it depends on what you will do to us ." everybody stared at him including the three guys in all black with blank expressions on their faces, Liam punched him to shut him up. and he stared at his shoes silently. Devin scoffed and mumbled something under his breath. " we will smash you regardless." guy number two said with a sneer on his face. he then leaped forward and tried to punch on Leo but he missed when Leo stepped out of the way at the last moment and he pushed the other guy making him fall to the ground " not so scary now are ya?" Leo said with a smug grin on his face. " get up Dylan stop acting like a girl." guy number three said. pulling Dylan off the ground. " get off me, Brian." while gritting his teeth.
