Tessa's pov

I'm pretty glad the two of them came for me even though I had it all under control. now it was the weekend and the three of us were just lounging around in the  living room when Mike's face popped up on the screen  with a smile that quickly faded. " suit up agents you've got a mission there was a bomb report in downtown, I need you guys to  check  it out and defuse it so, chap- chap  move it." " yeah good morning to you too sir," Leo said grumpily putting his plate with pie on it on the coffee table.  we got up and headed to the car and went downtown. the alert was coming from an alleyway between two buildings. we carefully approached the danger zone but we all froze when we heard a baby crying instead of the ticking of a bomb. I rushed to where the sound was coming from and found a tiny baby in a basket on top of a trash can. what sick person would leave an innocent baby out here? I wondered out loud causing the guys to come closer and stand right behind me  " okay, now what do we do? I mean, we can't just leave him here," ace said scratching the back of his head. " but what about the bomb? we still have to find it." Leo said. Mike set us up, there is no bomb," I said picking up the baby and rocking him gently till he stopped crying.

" you set us up, why?" I asked as soon as the video call was connected. he was sitting in his office and as usual, he wore a smile that just made me mad at him.  the guys had taken the baby and were feeding him. " why give us a baby huh?"  I asked him. " don't worry, it is just for a day soon Darius will come over and take him so just chill."  " so, what of the bomb? was the alert fake?" I asked again. "you're smart, you'll figure it out ." he said right before disconnecting the call. I growled and then headed to the kitchen where I found Leo stuffing his face with cookies.  there were five cookies. I grabbed the plate out of his hands and sprinted out of the kitchen with him hot on my trail.

hey, give that back

never

but I was eating those

well, and now I'm eating them.  get over it

I will never get over the food

you are going to have to because the plate is empty I said handing him the empty plate which he looked at sadly. "in that case, I will sugar queen." he said with a small grin that evening Darius came over and took the baby. Ace was very sad to let him go.

So today, Mike told us that Darius and another girl had been put on the team, her name is Rose and she loved knives. she was always polishing one of them. when Ace walked up to her to shake her hand, she pointed a knife at him, and he took a couple of steps back with his hands raised as a sign of surrender. she then proceeded to glare at him. " hey now, Rose, be good to your new team leader now.

Andy's pov

¿Qué hiciste? ¿Cómo pudiste dejar entrar a un extraño? ahora todo esta jodido y todo es tu culpa ( what did you do? how could you let an outsider in? now everything is messed up and it is all your fault." " Mira bien, me engañó. Pensé que solo era una nerd normal, pero es diferente." " look okay, she fooled me I thought she was just an ordinary nerd girl but she is different.)

" calm down dad, the document she took is not even that important and it does not even have the evidence that links us to the mafia but my words were cut off when my dad punched me in the face. I  hunched over and grabbed my jaw I was now forming a bruise.  " sort this mess out and don't disappoint me, son." my dad said with a scowl on his face.  yeah, it is good to know that he has so much faith in me. great, now I have to sort this out now to get the help I need. I pick up the phone and made a phone call.

Jose said on other said the other side of the call.
