Chapter fifteen| Night Party

Chapter 15

"Night party"

I do not own vampire knight or any of the characters other than Viola, Sarah, and Cortland.

In this chapter it focuses on what happened to Yuki and zero when they went to the night class party while Viola was talking with Sarah and Cortland. There is so much dialogue it hurts. Anyways this chapter is extremely long and Viola is only mentioned once or twice.

Warning! This chapter does contain some violence and swearing, it also contains the use of tabasco. If any of these make you uncomfortable, then do not read. Thank you.

Bats flapped away In the air in front of the night class school and the air was clear. Soft chatter could be heard. It seems like the party has begun.

-Back with Zero and Yuki-

KACHAK!

Zero had been cleaning and readying his gun since he and Yuki had finished dinner. Yuki sweatdropped and tried to calm zero down as he loaded bullets in the chamber of his gun, bloody rose.

"Wait, Zero! You shouldn't be accompanying me to the night class party with an attack in mind!" Yuki protested.

 Zero just continued to play with his gun, twirling it around his pointer finger.

Yuki sighed and ran her fingers through her short brown hair. "I'm really grateful for your concern, but I'll be alright by myself." Yuki tried to convince Zero. But he was to intent on going with her. And Yuki knew that when zero wanted to do something, he would do it no matter what anyone told him.

-time-skip by the headmaster in a dress-

The two walked past the creepy old gatekeeper and went down the forest-covered entrance. They hadn't talked since they were back in the headmaster's house but as the mood around them grew more awkward, zero finally decided to speak up.

"If there weren't any problems I wouldn't have troubled myself. But there are problems and I'm not letting you go to that rat palace alone." Zero stated slipping his hands into his pockets.

Yuki groaned, hopefully, he would be more mature once they really entered the night class lodging. 

"Umm." Yuki blushed and twiddled her thumbs together. "From this point on we are in the moon dorms vicinity. As expected..the air around here is special." spat Zero. "It's because of those rats.". "Zero!" Yuki glared. Zero shrugged "I can not tell a lie." Zero said with a smirk. Yuki puffed her cheeks out. "Stupid." She mutters.

A rustle alerted the two guardians and zero pulled out his bloody rose gun from his holster and Yuki opened Artemis. They held the weapons to the two newcomers. Aido and Akatsuki.

"Here to welcome us?" Zero sneered and tapped his gun to Akatsuki's cheek. Aido gave them a bored face and moved the weapon Yuki had pointed towards him. 

Aido yawned and waved his hand at Yuki. "That's right. Ichijou asked us to, otherwise, I wouldn't have come." Wild had put his hands up to show that he didn't mean harm and smiled. "Don't always be at odds with us. We don't all mean you harm." Akatsuki tried to tell Zero. The white-haired guardian narrowed his eyes. Akatsuki looked around at the somewhat populated pathway and tried to find a distraction.

"Concerning the recent events, well, everyone is on their best behavior tonight."

A few vampires stood under the covered porches and cloaked figures shuffled about with gleaming trays of silver. Each held ten or so glasses of red liquid. Aido put his hands behind his head as he walked next to Yuki. "You know... I saw Viola here a little earlier today." Aido hummed, looking out of the corner of his eye to see Yuki's face for a reaction.
