After school, they all walked out of the school together, listening to everyone congratulate them on their performance, their idea, their relationship, everything. Even her teacher insisted on how they were going to win.
They hopped onto the train and began riding their way back home. Jade noticed how their home was basically a home for her now, her parents had long since stopped asking where she was all weekends or even school days.
"That was so much fun, you go there every day, guys?" Cassie beamed, falling onto Coden's lap. "I can't wait to go to high school. It sounds like fun, and everyone loved us! I even saw a girl cry, oh it was so great!" she laughed.
Coden just took her into his arms, playing with her hair, "Someone is very pumped, calm down, sweet girl,"
"They listened to me, I'm just so excited."
"Okay, okay. Tomorrow you're going right back to school Missy, now take a nap. I'll let you know when we get there."
Cassie huffed but rested her head against his chest anyway.
Within a few minutes, she was out cold.
"Seeing Cassie so excited makes me so happy," Jade whispered, leaning against his shoulder.
"Me too," was all he could say. "I never get tired of her being so excited."
"And I never get tired of seeing you be so... kind."
"Oh... stop,"
"No I mean it, Coden," She grabbed his face, "What you're doing, what you've been doing..." she couldn't help but kiss him deeply, moaning at his tongue.
"I love your soul, I'm in love with you." She admitted.
Coden seemed taken back, "Woah, where is all this coming from, sweetheart?" he said, now rubbing her hair too.
She giggled, "I don't even know, maybe I just started my period," she joked, making Coden smile.
"Well I love you too, you're the girl in my class I never thought of anyone... that I'd fall in love with either. I love you." he breathed, kissing her forehead. "Now my two favorite girls rest, I'll tell you when we're close."
So she closed her eyes, loving her family she barely realized she had been a part of the day she walked in.

Weekend finally came around, and Jade, as always, was helping out at Coden's household. "Hey, Tim, can you please share the candy bag? I bought enough for everyone here." She placed her hands on her hips.
Tim, an old chubby man, chuckled before sliding the bag across the table and to her. "Now everyone gets just a little, dinner is still being made right now. Oh and Ruby please only have a single Hershey kiss please, we have to watch out for your diabetes. Drink some water later, alright?"
"Fine."
Right as she finished wiping the table down, a pair of arms wrapped around her waist from behind. "You're doing such a good job today, take a break?" he asked, kissing her neck.
"No, no I'm good, maybe later. How's dinner coming along?" She asked.
"Ruth's picking up the rest of the donations right now, the rest is getting ready," he said.
"You two... as mushy as ever... tell us, are you staying cause he knocked you up?" Mama Cj said.
The two of them blushed, pushing away slightly. "What? No, no of course not," She placed hair behind her ear.
