Finally

Richard stood in the break room with Connor, while Gavin and Hank stood by Richard's desk, talking. "Hey, Richard, I have a question." Connor spoke. Richard looked at him. "Yeah?" He said before sipping his coffee. "You and Gavin seem to be kind of quiet around each other today. Is everything okay? Did something happen yesterday?" Connor asked, concerned for his friends. Richard felt his face heat up with a blush, remembering what happened last night. "Nope! Nothing happened! We're fine!" Richard responded, placing down the coffee mug, trying to keep calm. Connor gave him a look that said he was suspicious of that answer. "Are you sure?" He asked. "Yep!" Richard responded quickly, glancing at Gavin before grabbing his phone and starting to scroll through random apps. "Okay." Connor responded, still not believing him. They stood in silence for a moment until Richard spoke. "I tried to kiss him." He whispered. "What?!" Connor responded, turning to look at Richard. Richard tensed up. "Say it louder, why don't you?" He glared at Connor. "Sorry." Connor whispered. "You tried to kiss him?" He asked, more quiet this time. "Well, I was going to, but then I ended making up an excuse, so we didn't and I kind of feel bad about it now." Richard explained, looking at the coffee in his mug. "You chickened out?!" Connor whisper-yelled. "Yes! I'm stupid for it, I know." Richard whisper-yelled back. Connor looked away, thinking of something. "Do you really want to be with him?" He asked, looking at Richard. "Yeah." Richard responded, resting his cheek on the palm of his hand and his elbow on the table. "Then how about tonight, you ask him out?" Connor suggested. "He's probably mad at me now." Richard responded. "Has he given hints of being mad?" Connor asked. "Well, no." Richard said. "Then he's most likely not mad." Connor responded. "I don't even know how to ask him out." Richard spoke. "If you'd like help, Hank and I will gladly help you!" Connor smiled, honestly excited to possibly be a wingman. Richard looked at Connor, noticing how excited he was. "Fine, you two can help." He responded before sipping his coffee. Connor's smile brightened. "Cool! I'll think of a plan with Hank!" He said before grabbing his own coffee and phone and walking out of the break room. Richard watched him walk out before looking over at Gavin. He took a deep breath before walking back over to his desk as well. Connor sat at his desk, turning to face Hank. "Do you want to help get Richard and Gavin together?" He asked suddenly, whispering. Hank looked at him confused. "Okay, so last night Richard was going to kiss Gavin, but he chickened out and didn't. I asked if we could help set them up, and he agreed. So do you want to help?" Connor explained. Hank's LED swirled to yellow as he processed the information. "Sure, I'll help." He responded. "Great!" Connor smiled. "So, how should we do it?" He asked, starting to think of ideas. Hank started to think. "We could invite them out for a drink, then see from there." He suggested. "Sure! Jimmy's Bar?" Connor responded. Hank nodded. Connor and Hank continued to talk about their plan, trying to figure out how they'd get them to either kiss or ask each other out.

As Gavin and Richard were walking to Richard's car, Connor hurried over to Richard. "Hey, Richard!" He called to him. Richard looked at Connor. Gavin leaned against the car as he watched Connor and Richard. "Me and Hank are going to Jimmy's Bar tonight. I was wondering if you two would want to join us?" Connor asked. "I mean, sure, but what about their dumb "no androids" policy?" Richard asked. "Screw their policy." Connor responded, causing Richard and Gavin to chuckle a bit. That wasn't really something they expected him to say. "Do you want us to help you with Gavin or not?" Connor whispered to Richard. Richard sighed. "Fine." He whispered back, looking at Gavin. "Do you want to go?" He asked. "And break a rule? Fuck yeah!" Gavin smiled. Richard rolled his eyes, looking back at Connor. "I'll text you when we're going, okay?" Connor said. "Got it." Richard said, getting into the car with Gavin. Connor hurried back over to Hank, getting in his own car with Hank.
