Paul and Nyx slowly walked back to their chambers, as they had agreed to meet each other there. Paul told her that he had some important news to tell her after the meeting with stilgar was over.

he had some how arrived there before her even though he took the longest route. he was sat on the bed staring at the floor mumbling to himself.

"is everything alright Paul?" she asked.

he looked up from the bed and walked over to her. "i, i , i um " he sighed, "do you know when you want to say something so bad, and yet you cant find the words? what do you do?"

"well, if i cant tell them i try to show them, and normally after that the words just flow right out."

"well then let me show you." he leaned forward and kissed her he actually kissed her. and she kissed him back. the whole world went silent as the two felt like they were floating. this kiss was the most passionate, most lovingly kiss in the universe. none had ever been stronger. 

as they pulled away they looked into each others eyes. and just as Nyx said, the words start to flow right out of his mouth.

"Nyx, i know this sounds crazy because i have only known you for less than a week or so, but i am so madly in love with you would not believe it. every day i want to kiss you and see you smile, because i love you so much."

"i love you too Paul, more than i ever thought i could love someone"

and with that their lips met again.

this was true love.

and it was magical.
