Danny's POV
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

"Daniel..." Ben walked into the bedroom.

"Hm?" I turned and looked at him. He slowly walked over and laid beside me, curling up against me.

"Thank you." He whispered.

"For what, love?" I asked.

"Everything. You've never gave up on me. You've been here for me forever." He wrapped his arms around me tightly.

"You don't need to thank me. I want to do this for you. I want to be here for you." I told him and kissed his head.

"I know, but still. No one's ever done what you've done for me." He leaned his head on my chest.

"Ben, I love you. I've loved you for so long. I've never wanted anything except you, and to make you happy. Your happiness is more important than anything else." I tilted his head up and cupped his cheeks.

"Really?" He asked. I nodded. He quickly sat up. "Because I'm really nothing special. You really don't have to. I mean, I'm not complaining. Because it means a lot and I love you too but you don't-"

"Ben." I interrupted.

"Yes?" He slightly shook. I leaned forward and kissed him softly.

"Just shut up, you wanker." I shook my head. He blushed and nodded. "You're okay."

"Okay." He took a deep breath and I gently kissed him again. He crawled into my lap and laid his head on my shoulder, wrapping his arms around my waist. "I love you, Danny."

"I love you, too." I smiled. I laid down ans held him to me before falling asleep.

I woke up a while later and no one was near me. I sat and looked around before standing and walking out. Ben was in the livingroom watching TV, drinking a cup of coffee.

"Ben..." I spoke in a tired voice. He looked up and smiled.

"I made coffee. Couldn't sleep." He mumbled. I went and got a cup before sitting next to him.

"What time is it?" I asked and curled up against him.

"Probably about 5 in the morning." He yawned.

"How long have you been awake?"I asked.

"About seven hours." He stated.

"...... You didn't sleep, did you?" I looked up at him.

"I did. For about fifteen minutes." He chuckled.

"That's not good!" I sat up. He put a finger to my lips and shushed me.

"Too loud.... Hear that? That's the sound of beautiful morning silence and ans understanding lover." He closed his eyes and smiled.

"......Okay?" I blinked. "You're doing that weird sleep deprivation thing again."

"I know..." he looked down.

"You need to sleep. I'll be here when you wake up." I assured.

"But-" he began to protest. I jokingly copied him, pressing a finger to his lips to quiet him.

"I'll call around and cancel your day, okay? You need sleep, and food. You aren't leaving this house today." I stated. He sighed and nodded. I smiled, picking him up, and carried him to the bedroom. He wrapped his arms around me as I walked and sighed again.

" You're an arse." He yawned.

"But I'm your arse." I smiled and laid him on the bed. He curled up around the blanket and I kissed his head before walking back out. After a while, I had officially rescheduled his day, and went in to lay next to him. I curled ho behind him and wrapped my arm around his waist, pulling him close. He mumbled something I couldn't understand before leaning his head back against my chest. He was sound asleep, quietly snoring, until nearly 11. His eyes were closed, but I heard his snoring end and sighed quietly.
