Zayns POV:

I stared at Liam from the corner of my eye while I explained to Niall about the plan that Liam came up with. Niall stared at me with loved filled eyes, but I could see a deeper emotion behinde them, an emotion that I know is killing him inside. But I don't want to mention it incase it sparks up new saddnes. I breifly looked at Liam again, he was sitting on the couch furthest away from us and staring at a random sit-com on the T.V. I could tell that he was in deep thought and I had a pretty good idea as to what he was thinking about, me. Not to sound conceded or anything, but there is so much raw emotion between us and we both know it. Sometimes I want to kiss him so bad that it litterly hurts me. But I can't do that to Nialler, he was my best friend ever since the begining and I'm not giving up on him now just because I've fallen for some random human.

"Um Zayn! Earth to Zayn!" Niall was snapping his fingers in front of my face trying to get my attention.

I shook my head, trying to get rid of all thoughts about Liam before I gave Niall my full atention once again.

"Ya sorry Nialler, just thinking about stuff." I explained.

"What 'cha thinking about Zaynie?" He asked in an almost childish voice.

"I'm just worried about what will happen when Louis uses his power, remember last time?" I lied quickly, if he knew I was thinking about Liam he would be really upset. Like he might shock me to death, upset.

Niall nodded. "Yah I know, but Louis loves Harry, and he is willing to risk anything for him. After all love conquers all." He said reching oout to hold my hand.

"Of course." I smiled softly at him.

He leaned in partway and I leaned in filling the gap. When our lips touched he moved them immediatly. He moved his lips slowly, but passtionatly. I was trying to do the same but the only thing that my mind could think of was Liam, and I think that Niall  knew I wasn't really in to the kiss because he soon pulled back and frowned slightly at me.

"Zayn whats the matter? Tell me the truth."

"I'm just really worried, I dont want you to get hurt." I told him gently.

Niall smiled brightly at me and hugged me extremly tight. While I was hugging him I noticed that Liams sent was gone. I looked up and saw that the couch was empty and the blanket he had over top of him was flown to the other side of the room.

I pulled back from the embrace and gave Niall the best fake smile I could and continued to tell him the plan that Louis and Liam had perfected.

"Now as I was saying before..."

We waited until it was dark until we ran to the Kings house using our vampire speed. Liam was staying home becsuse having him around would just be a hazard, to both him and Harry, not to mention we would not have gotten here in time if Liam had come with us. Niall and I snuck around back in the forest area where there was no gaurds and we croutched down waiting for the right time to strike. While Louis went up front and pretended to give himself in to his father. I just hope that Louis will stay strong, he may have amazing capabilities but his father could use words like weapons. The king could convince anyone to do almost anything, that is one of the main reasons why he was king in the first place. But considering Louis is family he will always have some tie to him, even if he hates him with all of his soul. Please Louis do the right thing.
