My Revenge

A New Companion

After hearing what my crow said, I quickly take my katana then head straight to the village. The sun has already set so the demons will be more strong.

After arriving, I see no one in sight. It seems that every villager has gone inside. Then, I heard a loud sound coming from behind a house in front of me. I ran straight towards there then I saw them. Three demons with big claws who seems to all look the same and a single injured demon slayer. The demon slayer looks quite familiar. Oh god it's Tanjiro!

The demons were about to hit Tanjiro but I quickly block their attacks. I told him to get back. Then, two of the demons rush towards my direction.

Asahi: Fourth form, Blooming Flame Undulation.

I swing my blade in a circular motion with flames surrounding it and decapitate both of the demons' heads.

Demon: Hahaha you think that will stop me?!

Suddenly, the demon drops some kind of liquids on the floor that came from its body. The liquids then suddenly grow into more demon. So it looks like this demon can multiply by releasing those liquids. If I can kill the host then it can't multiply anymore. The problem is, they all look the same! It's hard to identify who is the host.

Tanjiro

I must help him! The demon will keep on multiplying if we don't kill the main demon. It seems like the main host is probably the one staying at the back to prevent us from killing it.

Tanjiro: Asahi! You just move forward! I'll kill the ones at the front and you kill the one at the back! The host is staying back purposely to prevent us decapitating it!

Asahi: Got it!

Asahi rushes towards the demon at the back while some of its decoys tried to grab him.

Tanjiro: Third Form, Flowing Dance.

I swing and bend my blade in a winding motion and move in a flowing pattern, slicing every single one of the demon's decoys' necks, which decapitates their heads. 

Asahi

I rush towards the demon which seems to be the main host according to Tanjiro. It tried to slash me but I dodged the attack then slash its hand. The demon cried in pain then tried to release more liquids but before he could do it, I went for its neck.

Since its distracted to release the liquids, I managed to slash its neck easily. Then, its head dropped to the ground.

Demon: Curse you human! If it weren't for you two, I would've had a good meal tonight!

Then, its severed head disintegrate along with its body.

Tanjiro: Thank you so much for saving me back there, Asahi.

Asahi: It's no problem. Also your move was so cool! 

Tanjiro: Yours too! You took both of them out in like one move!

Asahi: I guess we're both cool hahaha!

Asahi: Your injuries look quite serious there. Let me bring you someplace to treat your wounds.

I then supported Tanjiro and bring him to the Butterfly Mansion to treat his injuries. When we arrived, I head straight to Shinobu and asked her to treat Tanjiro.

Not long after that, Tanjiro's wounds were all patched and he is placed in a bed. I head over to him.

Asahi: Yo Tanjiro! Are you doing okay?

Tanjiro: Oh yeah I'm fine now.. Thanks again!

Asahi: It's no big deal. We humans need to always look out for each other with these demons roaming around in this world. By the way, why are you always carrying that box? Isn't it heavy?

Tanjiro: Oh no it's not I've gotten used to it now. Well the thing is, my sister is in there..

Asahi: Huh??!! How?!!

Tanjiro: Shh.. Shh.. Haha you'll wake up everyone here. Well the thing is, she's a demon.. But she won't hurt anyone! She'll protect any human and only kill demons.

Then Tanjiro explains his story and how he wanted to get to Muzan Kibutsuji to turn his sister back to human. 

Asahi: Hmm.. I've heard about a demon slayer who brings a demon with him. Well that sure is very interesting.

Tanjiro: How about you? Do you have any goal?

Asahi: I want to get revenge on the demon that killed my family two years ago to avenge their deaths. From what I heard, that demon is the lower rank 2 demon.

Tanjiro: Well how about we work together! We can help each other with our goals.

Asahi: Lets do it!
