Tanjiro: Achoo!

Asahi: Tanjiro... Stop training for a while. Your sickness is getting worse..

Tanjiro: But I need to get stronger!

Asahi: This guy...

Tanjiro is quite something. Even he is currently sick, he still wants to train so he can get stronger to fight demons. I really admire him.

Asahi: Okay that's enough.

I take the wooden katana he's currently holding then throw it away. After that, I drag Tanjiro to his room so he can get some rest.

Tanjiro: Come on.. Let me go.

Asahi: No. You need the rest you deserve, buddy.

Tanjiro: Haha you're really concerned, huh. Fine, fine, you win.

After making sure Tanjiro doesn't escape from his bed, I head outside to do some jogging until I was disturbed by a certain loud noise that always annoys the hell out of me.

"CAW! CAW!"

Crow: HOUSE BURNING! HOUSE BURNING AT A VILLAGE UP NORTH! MULTIPLE VILLAGERS MISSING! MULTIPLE VILLAGERS MISSING!

Asahi: Okay, I'm on it!

This might be the work of a demon. 

Asahi: Burning... Fire! I can't use fire against fire! Man, Tanjiro picks the worst time to get sick! I can't disturb him since he's still resting... Hmm..

Suddenly, I heard a whisper from my right ear.

Shinobu: Hey ~

Asahi: Ahhhh!!

Shinobu: Hehe sorry I scared you, Asahi-kun. You look distressed.

Asahi: Oh it's nothing, Shinobu-san. It's just that I think I'll be dealing with a possible flame demon.. and Tanjiro is the only one I know who can counter-attack the demon.

Shinobu: Hmm.. Let me come with you.

Asahi: W-Wait! No, I don't want to trouble you with my problem! What if you get hurt?!

Shinobu: Ara ara ~ Don't you remember? I'm the Insect Hashira. I'll be fine, Asahi. You're worried about me? ~

Asahi: Y-Yes, of course! Well.. If you say so, I guess you can join.

Shinobu: Let's go!

At the village

We arrived shortly and by the looks of it, some of the houses are burning. There's a lot of people outside trying to put out the fire that's consuming those houses. We approach one of the villagers there.

Asahi: Excuse me, sir. Can you tell me what happened here?

Villager: I'm also not too sure. It was just a peaceful night, everyone was sleeping. Suddenly, we heard screams throughout the village then when we head outside, some of the houses are burning. 

Shinobu: That's odd..

Villager: That's not all, when we checked inside one of the houses, there were bodies there but it doesn't look like they died by the fire. It's like.. An animal had eaten their flesh!

I whisper to Shinobu

Asahi: Definitely the work of a demon..

Shinobu: I agree..

Shinobu: Sir, if the flames have all been put out, can you please tell everyone to stay inside? We're afraid this might be the work of something sinister..
