"Mama!" Penelope opened the door, grabbing her mom's bag from her as she let her into Chris's house. "I'm so glad you're here. You're staying until Christmas right?"

Bridget smiled and nodded, "yes dear. I'm looking forward to getting to know Chris and his family." She looked around the house as she followed Penelope to a bedroom, "this place does have lots of room for babies."

Penelope groaned, "mama. Please don't start. And don't be talking like that around Lisa. We don't need both mothers pressuring us."

Bridget rolled her eyes, "no use waiting. You love each other, he wants them. Just do it already Penny."

"Mom!"

Chris came up behind Penelope, "what's the matter?" He saw the grin on Bridget's face as he leaned down to kiss her on the cheek, "we'll have kids when Penelope is ready Bridget."

She nodded, smiling at his wink before he left them alone. She giggled, opening her bag on the bed.

"Mother, why are you giggling?" Penelope groaned, "you two need to stop conspiring against me." She rolled her eyes, leaving her mom alone in the room. She found Chris fiddling on the piano, hitting him in the shoulder, "stop encouraging her!"

"Ow!" He laughed, pulling her into his lap, "I love you Penny Lane. We both have nothing going on next year. Take a break and have a baby with me."

She groaned, "Chris. Please stop. We aren't even living together yet."

He shrugged, "then move in with me permanently. Sell your place in LA and move in with me."

She sighed, "I'll think about it." She chuckled at him pouting, "I said I'll think about it Chris."

"I know." He rested his head on hers, "I love you. And I want to be all in with you. Please."

"I love you too Chris." She sighed, "fine. I'll move in. Permanently."

He grinned, "you will? Oh Penny Lane."

She giggled as he crashed his lips into hers, making him lose balance as they both toppled to the floor in front of the piano. "Ow Chris."

He laughed, "that's what you get for hitting me." He looked up to see Bridget looking over them. "Penny said she would move in with me."

Bridget smiled, "that's great! And the other thing?"

Chris laughed as he heard Penelope groan, "I'm still working on that one." He stood up, helping Penelope off the ground as she hit him again before walking away. He grunted, looking at Bridget, "I swear she loves me."

Bridget laughed, "I know she does."

Bridget nudged Penelope the next morning, "what's up with you?"

She shrugged, "what do you mean? I'm making a pie for Thanksgiving at Lisa's later."

"No no. You know what I mean. You're far more moody than normal. I know you better than anyone. Chris can't see it, but I can."

Penelope groaned, "I don't know what you mean."

Bridget grabbed her arm, making her turn to look at her, "yes you do. You're already pregnant, aren't you?"

"Mom. Please."

She grinned, "why haven't you told Chris?"

Penelope sighed, "because I haven't figured out how to yet. Please don't say anything. I'm not ready."

Bridget nodded, "I won't. I'm so happy for you."

"Well I'm not! We haven't been together that long." She started to pace in front of the stove, "we didn't even like each other just 8 months ago! Now we're having a baby and I'm moving in. It's all happening too fast." She brought her hand to her chest as she sat in a kitchen chair.

"Honey. It will be fine. Chris loves you so much. And that is all you need. Just tell him. Let him take care of you. That's all he wants to do. You can't be stressing, it isn't good for the baby."

Penelope nodded as Bridget wrapped her in a hug, "thank you mama. I know you're right. I'll tell him. When I'm ready."

"No thanks. I'm not drinking today." Penelope shooed away the wine as Scott tried to pour her some. She watched him look at her funny, "I need to lose weight. Since being with Chris these past few months, I've gained weight."

Chris chuckled, leaning towards her as she sat next to him at the table, "you're beautiful always. I don't think you need to lose weight."

She smiled, kissing him, "well I appreciate that. But still. Eating all this food is enough."

He sighed, "fine then." He leaned towards her, lowering his voice as he whispered in her ear, "if I didn't know any better, I would think you were pregnant."

She laughed, "you're kidding right?"

He shrugged, "had to try. You know how much I want it."

She groaned, grabbing his hand under the table, "I know you do. I promise, we will. When the time is right."

He nodded, "okay. That's good enough with me. I love you Penny Lane."

She chuckled, "I love you too Chris."
