Walking through the hallway I sucked from the straw that was poked into the pack of fruit juice. Nobody noticed me as always except the people of my genre and department. Nerds and athletes.

"Hey, Y/N wait up!" My only friend, Taehyung chased after me and swung his arms around my shoulder. "So, Ms. Basketball captain, any reviews of how you won today's final?" I snickered before nudging her. "Come on, Tae. They were not eligible to compete against me."

"So where are you going now? To that jerk on roof top." I rolled my eyes and continued walking like I never heard anything. He held my wrist and whirled me around. He said," You know that he is.... Losing feelings."

Yes, he was. In fact, I was feeling insecure these days. A lot of red flags were showing up at this last month of high school. It's been three years since we started dating and today was our third anniversary.

A commotion occured in the background and as expected it was her. Min Soya. "She's beautiful," said Taehyung with a sigh out, mesmerized by her beauty.

A typical girl who you wanna bring to your parents as well as to your bed. She was everything a man wanted, beauty with brain. I was never comparable to her, no one even noticed me in her presence except my boyfriend.

I hated her more because she was never jealous of me.

"Hey, I will be back in a minute." Taehyung made his way to her, struggling behind the crowd to get her closure look while I shook my head in disbelief. Only I knew the reality of that two faced girl. A bitchy chameleon.

I stepped up the stairs and went to the roof where a raven haired boy was standing with his back at me. He was looking down with his hands shoved in pocket as I slowly approached him. He was the only boy in the world who gave me butterflies and made me feel like I deserved to be loved. I always turned into a different version of girl, who acts sweet, chubby and so girly unlike how I treated others. There was no fliter with him, he knew how real I was with him.

"Hi, baby." I smiled after tapping his shoulder. He turned to me with a piker face and checked me out with siren eyes. "You called me? Say it fast, I don't have time."

My heart dropped as I realised that he didn't knew what was today. However, I didn't gave up. I wished," Happy anniversary."

His eyes widened and lips parted in surprise when I handed him a lunch box full of his favorite deserts. His eyes wandered here and there when he gulped the lump of saliva then glanced at me. "I don't have anything for you. Let me but something to gift you back." He was about to leave but I held his wrist.

"It's not a business deal, Jungkook. Stay with me, that'll be enough." He nodded and sat beside me. Opening the kid he held the chopsticks and took a bite. His doe eyes sparkled with enlightenment when he looked at me with a smile. "It's so good." He complimented.

"Is it?" I asked as he fed me the same food. It was deliciously mouth watering. He enjoyed eating it and I enjoyed watching him.

"Do you still remember the promise you did to me during proposal?" He turned his gaze at me and nodded. He said," I'll always love you. I'll never hurt you or ever let you tear up. "

"Then you do know you are acting weird. Is there something you wanna talk to me about? Perhaps I could help." I hooked my arm with his before leaning on his shoulder. He was stiff but his warmth melted me in seconds.

I don't think I could ever hate him. No matter what he was my safe place. A home where I could be me without being insecure. He was my favorite person and I owned hom a lot since he was the man in my problem. He held my hand when no one did. I could always forgive him because the measure of happiness he gave me would overpower the flaws he had.

"Let's go to nearby park, like we used to." He pulled away before standing up." I can't make it there. Sorry but I have to g-go." He retraced his footsteps then left me, alone.

After dispersal I saw a car pulling over. Window went down and I saw that gummy smile as usual, welcoming me inside the car in the chilly weather. I sat in, closing the door in process before he drove us away.

"How was your day?" I asked him. He was working on an album with his friends, Namjoon and Hoseok. It was a small rap unit but they made enough money to survive. "Stuck on the melody but we have high expectations from it. People would definitely go crazy for it. How was your day? Did that bish tried to do something to you?"

"Well, I did had an argument with her. She tried hard to beat me in my game but lost by four points."

"That's my girl." He gave me a high five and giggled. "Next week you have tests, right? Beat her in that too, like usual. I wanna see Mr. Min having a humiliated face." I nodded.

He dropped me home then went back to his studio. I changed my clothes into warm ones as the clouds covered the sky and weather report stated a heavy rainfall in Seoul. I cooked stew and rice and ate it.

After a completing the homework and assignments I stretched my arms and looked at the clock. My brother was so dedicated to song writing and making that he always forgets to take care of himself.

So, being a responsible sister I packed dinner for him and his friends. I also packed two more for Seokjin oppa and Taehyung. Kim Seokjin was Namjoon's friend and had a younger brother who was my classmate.

Their family was closely related to descendants of Gwangsan kim clan while Namjoon belonged from Gangeung kim clan. All of them were amazing. Seokjin and Taehyung inherited genes of beauty from their parents while Namjoon was incredibly genius. All of them were overall good in almost everything.

I took an umbrella and walked to his studio under light rainfall. Clutching the box I took fast steps in attempt to arrive early. I knocked on the door and was welcomed by the living sunshine. Hoseok opened the door for me and smiled. "Yoongi's in recording room."

I thanked him and made my way towards that particular room followed by him. As I opened the door I saw Yoongi and Namjoon discussing about the chorus. "Y/N?" I heard Taehyung. He was sitting on the couch taking lessons and experience since he called himself as the biggest fan of the rap unit. His favourite was 'cypher' series then 'ugh' and what not, he was obsessed with rapping while he himself was a great singer.

"Take a break, everyone. I brought food." I put the bag on table as everyone gathered. "I really love your cooking. It feels like restaurant but healthy. Isn't it, Yoongi?" Namjoon glanced at him who was still editing the tune. I sighed and went to him. Holding the edges I spun his rotating chair and dragged him to the feast. Everyone ate and so did I as they fed me like their own sister. Two bites from each and that was enough.

After they finished Seokjin got a call and left for home with Taehyung. Since Hoseok's house was before theirs he went with them. I looked at Namjoon and Yoongi and asked," Again spending a night in studio?" Namjoon nodded and said," We are figuring some suitable lyrics. We have to do hardwork, you know." He shrugged his shoulders.

Yoongi said," Take care. Don't stop in your way and lock the door when you reach, okay?" I nodded and held the umbrella once again. "Be safe."

As I exited the building it was raining heavily. No one was seen on the road except me. I took fast steps, almost running back when I heard a similar giggle. I stood at the corner of an intersection of road when I noticed a drenched couple, holding hands and enjoying the pouring rain.

They ran across the road and went to the nearby park. The same park where I wanted Jungkook to come. I was pretty much sure it was my step sister and wondered who was that boy in hoodie with her.

I followed them though they were fast athletic runners. When I reached there I was already heavily panting with hands on knees, standing behind a tree.

I watched the boy picking her up then spun around in his arms. She welcomed the embracing raindrops on her skin until he dropped her down and connected their lips. I looked away. I knew it was bad manners but the curiosity to find about the flaws of Mr. Min's so called perfect daughter were higher than the Himalayas.

After a long passionate kiss she pulled back and smiled at him. That's when the thunderbolts sprawled in the night sky and flashed his face.

Jeon Jungkook.
