Eight years later
Yoongi pulled me in a headlock. Airport security almost escorting us out. "At last you came back Y/N! Do you know how much difficult it was for me to manage the company alone?"
I broke the hug and nudged him. " I also missed you. It was really boring out there while getting my Bachelor's and Master's degree."
"No need to look around. Mr. Min is in his company with his so called daughter and soon to be son-in-law."
"I know but still I expected at least 1% of parental love from him and about his shitty daughter and... Jungkook... I don't care what the fu©k they do."
"No cursing. Let's go, my friends are waiting to meet you."
He drove me to the magnificent music company he had, just as he promised. There I met Namjoon, Seokjin, Hoseok and Jimin in the studio, recording for the upcoming album.
Precisely, I clicked with Jimin and developed a tiny little secret crush.
Seokjin handed me a cup of strawberry milkshake. He grew them himself. He asked me to visit him to his hospital too, giving the business card in case I needed the address.
After having a small conversation I had to attend a call with my secretary which was taking care of the work in the company in my absence. That's when I was looking out from the rooftop at the world moving under my feet. It was like a miniature painting.
Since Yoongi was going to spend the night in his studio I drove off to his house.
A week passed since the album was complete and Seokjin was persuading me to visit him. So, considering a visit on weekend I wore a floral dress with rolled down hair, driving to the hospital where he worked.
Knocking on the reception I got the information about his schedule. It was lunch break and his cabin situated on upper floor.
Humming a song, the sneakers stepped on steps o reach quick. Pushing the door with a happy smile I said," Good mor-"
I trailed off when the back facing person in wheelchair turned to look my way. There was no Kim Seokjin but Jeon Jungkook who was looking at me with equal bewilderment.
The light coming from the windows were highlighting the yellow colored walls and peach curtains were floating as he sat under the spotlight.
Eight freaking years.
Eight years, two months and five days.
All the anger I had was burning like an ember but as people say, time heals everything. After making many friends abroad, living and eating different cuisines and working day and night fused off the flares of revenge I had for him.
Now he was like a stranger, close to an acquaintance.
Even his features were out of ordinary. More masculine and matured. Who was I kidding? He's handsome.
Not like I didn't changed. Tsk.
"Oh Y/N?" I entered in, stepping backwards to let Seokjin enter with Mr. Jeon who was surprised to see me after years.
I bowed to him and he greeted me back. The doctor was a bit confused but got to know that my relation with Jeon family ran long back.
SECOND PERSON'S POV
Meanwhile Jungkook was controlling all his emotions. It was a jumble in his own mind where he dearly wanted to hug you but he's legs weren't capable to supporting him. He wanted to give you gifts but the bankruptcy of Jeon enterprises had left him little, that was slowly fading into his treatment. He wanted to at least see you smile at him but he had ruined everything.
