"THEY FUCKING REMADE THE CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN MOVIE. IT WAS PERFECTLY GOOD HOW IT WAS" y/n complains. her favourite childhood movie was cheaper by the dozen and now she opens disney plus to find out they remade the movie, she couldnt bring herself to watch it because what if the plots different or the dynamic, she cant do that.
"y/n, calm down its just a movie" clint tries
"just a movie! just a fucking movie! are you shitting me barton" y/n gets up from the couch to push clint against the wall. pepper, nat and wanda were the only ones to really know why she liked the movie so much. after she revealed it drunk at a girls night they always backed her up when she suggested it at movie nights.
"hey, hey come on we can watch it in my room" wanda says leading her away from the lounge room with natasha.
"they fucking remade it wanda." y/n says in a whisper when she sat on the bed.
"i know, i know" wanda coos holding y/n close. instead of watching the movie y/n falls asleep with memories of her family watching the movie. when she and her family laughed over the stupidest shit in the movie. it was all she could dream off when she was younger. but than the bomb hit. it killed her family instantly. her dormant powers awoke that day she absorbed the blow and was the only to survive.
nats pov
"its not just a movie and you guys know that" i warn pointing at the boys the others walk away but clint still stands still by the wall still shocked.
"y'know its hard to take you seriously when your not wearing pants' he says sarcastically.
in all honesty i was wearing a massive sleep shirt and it did look like i wasnt wearing pants but i was but thats not the point. after clint leaves i go to the kitchen to grab a glass of water.

i knew how many memories a movie can have just from the people you had watched it with. like the dick van dyke show with my family back in sokovia. i gently scratch her back turning the tv off and falling asleep.
