babysitting p.2

3rd person pov

making the pizza was difficult since they had to make the dough from scratch and the kids kept spilling flour, honestly it was hilarious but messy. by the time mj had managed to kneed the dough enough there was alot of flower on the bench. cooper and lila were sitting on the bench while y/n went to put Nathaniel to sleep.

y/n pov

do i like just put him in the cot or ah i have no idea. i pull the baby away from my chest and look at him tilting my head which he copies, but suddenly he begins crying, i panic and run back to the kitchen but bump into mj on the way,

'i herd him crying what did you do' mj says taking nathaniel and rubbing his back softly bouncing him

'shit idk, and how r u so good with kids i thought you hated them' i tell her tilting my head

'sha-shit' i hear a small voice i look at mj with wide eyes. she looks at me with a youve done it now look and walks away to his room. as soon as shes gone i start laughing and making my way to the kitchen once again. there i see cooper and lila making their pizzas with an array of toppings. in the bowl there is another small portion of dough left for me to roll out. but first i put the kids and mj's pizzas in the oven. i quickly finnish my ham and cheese pizza putting it in the oven i go tell the kids to have baths cooper decides he wants to go first so i wait with lila in the kitchen.

'how do you know my dad' she asks colouring a butterfly

'we work together' i answer simply, she nods just as cooper walks back in in pyjamas 'ok missy your turn' i usher her out. she runs into the bathroom giggling. after checking the pizzas i go lie down on the couch. cooper was reading comics on the one next to me. mj walks in after wiping her shirt with a towel.

'he threw up on me' she complains moving my feet so she can sit down.

'i can smell' i scrunch my nose sitting up moving to the farthest end of the couch. she rolls her eyes leaning over the end of the couch to look at the pizzas in the oven.

'i think there done' she states getting up and walking over

'but i just checked them' i say not wanting to get up again.

'yeah their done dork' cooper jumps up running to the kitchen. lila comes in from the hallway exited for pizza to as we begin to cut them up for the kids.

3rd person pov

eating the pizza as music plays in the background was calm. the kids were enjoying their food to much to talk so everyone finished quite fast. it was now around 9 so they all sat on the couch and turned on avatar. the show not the movie.

cooper and lila feel asleep pretty fast so mj and y/n carry them to bed before cleaning the kitchen. dancing around the kitchen y/n was interrupted by the front door opening.

'glad to see you didnt blow anything up' clint says dropping his bag by the door.

'you really think that low of me' y/n says raising her eyebrows, laura and clint just laugh thanking the girls for babysitting

'are you sure you don't want the money' laura insists holding it out as they stand in the door way

'it's cool' mj smiles walking down the road

' see ya tmmr' y/n waves running by to catch up to mj.
