Gabriel’s POV
Everyone in the pact has been training not stop, Mik was especially a big help, He was a bit strict but the younger weres are able to learn so much from him. But there is something off about him, since he came back. I sometimes see him look at Leila differently, with love but not like a brother would look at a sister but more of a lover. And whenever I am with Leila, I sometimes get a glimpse of his eyes turning a different shade, but it quickly disappears when he sees me looking at him. Whenever our eyes changes color, it will show that our wolf was trying to break lose. So it makes me wonder, why he has a possessive aura to my mate.
My wolf is telling me to confront him, since he does not want the way he looks at our Leila. Mated males are quite possessive but Alphas experience that nature ten times more of a normal were.
I finally conceded to my wolf so as to settle him down. We need to be assured that what we saw was probably a misinterpretation.
I was about to knock at his room, when I see that it was not close properly and slightly open, I then heard him mumbling, but since we are weres our hearing was enhance.
Mik: Are you sure that we can do this tonight?
