Calum slowly walked into the gym, smiling as he gripped his boyfriend's hand tightly.
"Calum, it's so muggy in here." Michael giggles, squeezing calum's hand.
"I agree. But despite that, would you, like to dance?" Calum smiles, grabbing Michael's other hand as they begin swaying back and forth to the slow song that'd been playing.
"I really do appreciate everything you've done for me Calum..." Michael trails off, smiling to himself.
"I appreciate you helping me to get an A on science." Calum laughs, shaking his head "im joking. It's really no problem baby." He smiles, placing a light kiss on michael's lips.
"One day, i want to grow up and have kids with you. I want to make a family, and i want to be able to call you my husband, because you make me so entirely infinitely happy..." Michael smiles, and this was a lot coming from michael, because he rarely talks about his future.
"Michael... I love you." Calum smiles widely, kissing Michael's lips ever so passionately, as michael kisses back too.
What they hadn't noticed, was the circle of people forming around them, clapping and cheering.
Calum blushes, smiling at them as michael just holds their hands together, never wanting to let him go.
"Calum, i've never liked proms. Or anything like that. Do you want to go back to my place?"
"Of course. I'd love to."
And the two boys left, throwing their hats into the air, some people catching them as they walked to the car, and back to Michael's house.

Michael fumbled with his keys, finally unlocking the door and stumbling inside, when all the lights turned on, and there stood Ashton, Ashley, Luke, Bethany, Dustin, Britney, and Jake.
"L-luke? B-bethany...? J-jake?!" Calum widens his eyes, looking down and seeing Luke and Bethany's hands intertwined.
"Cal, i'm really sorry for what i said to you the night we broke up. Forgive me?" He says, holding his arms out as Calum nods reluctantly, hugging him tightly. "I missed you, calpal."
"Are you and bethany a thing?" Calum asks, taking michaels hand.
"Y-yeah.." Luke nods, looking down.
"Mikey? Will you forgive me? I am really sorry..." Beth says, hugging michael, her eyes widening a bit when michael hugs back.
"Are we all friends?" Ashton says, giggling.
"Yup." Michael and Calum say in unison.
"Then let's party!"
And that's how the eight friends ended up eating heart-shaped pepperoni pizza, watching horror movies in the dark on a friday night.
